Hotel Atrium Seoul Jongno

The room was clean and the amenities are nice. This hotel lacks a laundry facility, so my family had to find a nearby laundromat to wash our clothes. The staff was very helpful and helped us with our requests. The hotel is in a decent location close by Myeong-dong and convenient to get to from Seoul station.

the location is nearby historical palace that we could walking toward. there are Kwang Jang market that has many foods and goods,pharmacy and convenient store nearby too.

Everything is good, staff are nice

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Helped with luggage, offered a new room because the one we checked in was damaged. Gave us free water when we called for room service. Would recommend, also stroller friendly

The hotel was nice. The room is very cozy and clean. Starbucks outside the hotel. Location of hotel is very convenient with everything. Gwangjang market is literally across the street. Convenience store around the hotel. Will stay here again.

Room was always nice and cool, the area surrounding is very convenient and nice, walkable to nice areas, less than a 10-20 minute walk from two different palaces and the food mart nearby is a life saver and such a fun place to eat.

The location was good, but the smell of cigarettes was so strong that I changed floors and rooms, but the smell persisted. I ended up changing hotels and even had to get a refund. And since there was no laundry machine in the hotel, I had to walk for about 10 minutes carrying my dirty laundry.

Great location which access to bus stops and trains. There are convenient stores close by, with the Gwangjang market only a walking distance away

Carpet and furniture are old. Desk lamps are dusty.

First time in south korea so I was not familiar with any area to initially choose. I was very happy with Atrium but the surrounding areas were a little runned down.

Breakfast was very good, however, front desk staff were rude and certainly did not go out of their way to help!

Good location

Great property. We loved the area. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I never had a bad experience during our 11 days there. The breakfast was a big plus. It was a good combination of Korean and western options. It was tasty, and even though a bit repetitive (half the items are staples, and half rotate about every 3 days), it was always good. It cut our food bill by eating there and we could spend that money on other fun things. The junior suite was HUGE, and that made a big difference for our stay. We could sprawl out without tripping on each other at the end of the day. It was great to be able to walk to the market a couple blocks away and had access to multiple subway and bus stops very near us. We never once felt unsafe. All this and a reasonable price too. If we come back to Seoul, we would definitely consider coming here again.

Two plus stars hotel ; pictures on web page and Expedia make it look like a 4 star hotel/ Pros- 3 mins to blue line metro, large room, corner room 1001 so had natural light, windows can be opened, AC was good, breakfast was decent but didn’t really change variety, got bottled water refill daily except one day, close to local street market, famous shrine next door, convenient locale Cons- bathroom needs a renovation; toilet was shaky and not stable, the sink was literally toddler height, bed was a bit hard, shower had mold on seams and door, walls and door had stains, bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling a lot, maid did not change used cups from bathroom and coffee cups, motion detector light near front door would go on in middle of night-hotel staff turned it off when we told them, one day the maid did not take bathroom trash and did not add more toilet tissue

Close to bus and subway stations for easy transportation. Close to the market with plenty food options.

I booked the junior suite. Love the size! Beds are clean and comfortable! Location is good with nearby bus stops, subway station and airport bus stops. It's less crowded neighborhood comparing to MD and Hongdae. Only downside: bathroom is out dated with some molds on the roof. The sink counter is narrow.

Great location, great breakfast, staff were friendly. Bed uncomfortable though which is important to rest.
