Hotel DongBang

Location was very close and within walking distance to the intercity bus terminal so was easy to find. We were staying for only one night whilst the annual Jinju lantern festival was taking place, so the hotel was right along the river where the festival was which was really convenient and we could see the lanterns from our bedroom window as well. Only downside was that the rooms were a bit outdated, the carpet was older and had a few stains and the bathroom had really poor drainage and had flooded the bathroom after a shower. Other than that, was suitable for a budget friendly one night stay.

There are many motels around but this hotel is desent for business traveller. River view is nice but angle not good. Near to one old palace

This is my second time staying at the hotel and my only reason for staying is because they have a nice gym downstairs. But due to covid, they closed the gym To begin with, i had a reservation that was cheaper than the hotels price but they still charged me full price. They were able to refund me and charge me the online price The room was bad. The hotel uses central ac/heat, which is very rare for a hotel in Korea. My room was very hot so it was miserable sleeping there. They gave me a small fan but it didn’t offer much except for blowing warm air. You’re wondering why i didn’t open the window? I did! But the hotel is next to the water and if you open the window, mosquitos will engulf your room. That wasn’t the worse part The room was very nasty! On several occasions i found both male and female hair in the bed, in the couch, in the bathroom, in the sink and on my pillow. Unacceptable!! There were also toenail clippings all over the floor. The mirrors were all smudged and not clear/cleaned properly. Besides that, the hotel is in a good location, when the gym is opens it’s very nice and there’s a restaurant on the 9th floor. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this property

River view and recent remodeling make it best choice, sauna is great.

地下1階の大浴場・サウナが、脱衣場の施設設備も整っていて、とても快適でした！！

2年連続10月の晋州南江流灯祭りの時期に宿泊しましたが、ホテルからの眺めが1番綺麗だと思います！来年も宿泊したいと思っています！

너무춥고, 화장실과 욕실의 배수시설이 좋지 못함.그리고 화장실의 수전이 불편함.지난번 숙박때는 체크아웃 시간이 아님에도 여직원이 객실문을 열고 들서와 무단침입도 했음. 그때는 샤워후라서 남친과 함께 모두 알몸상태여서 무척 놀랬음!

도심에 있고 시장과 진주성이 10분 내외에 있어 위치가 좋았어요. 리버뷰로 예약해서 뷰도 좋았는데 방음이 안좋은지 복도에서 들리는 소음이 좀 있었습니다. 토요일 일요일은 예식이 많아서 인지 많이 복잡하네요.

숙소는 매우 청결했습니다. 욕실과 변기, 세면대, 침구류는 모두 깔끔히 정돈되어 있었습니다. 다만 신발 두는 곳이 따로 없어서 그냥 방문 옆에 둬야했어요. 인테리어 공사를 날림으로 한건지 조명 스위치가 단선이 된 것 같아 일부 조명은 켜지지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 가 본 호텔 중에서는 가장 밝았어요.

次回また晋州に旅行する時は宿泊したいです。

Pendant le festival des lanternes de Jinju, la chambre (vaste) donnait sur le fleuve ou se déroulait le festival. Très bien Par contre, chambre bruyante du fait de la ventilation et surtout, parking annoncé gratuit mais finalement payant!

Best location, all must-see activities (and the intercity bus terminal) just a footwalk away. We got a room with riverview, for a small surcharge, and enjoyed stunning views. Breakfast was okay'ish, very western-style.
