Noisy fridge and can’t exchange nor fix it til we leave Need to check the blanket. One of the blanket had blood stain When hot water was poured into the paper cup for a tea, White fragments floated around. General status of interior is a bit aged and better to update it. Photos of the properties really look nice compared to actual Really nice view and the location! There are Many other same name Skypark hotel so make sure you are going to the right one. My Texi dropped my family off at the one 15minutes away. We find we were not the only one but many other visitors had same issues. Hotel will NOT provide the shuttle. TAXI will NOT stop so you must walk there! It is a very bad experience to start with this hotel experience by walking in the rain in the Friday afternoon after 14 hrs of flight!

I and my daughters were satisfied with the staff's kindness and quick response. The location and the facilities were very clean. There were so many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so I was able to use my time efficiently.

Perfect room for 3 people and two showers for the deluxe twin.

Great hotel in the heart of Dongdaemun. We had an awesome city view from the 20th floor. Excellent area for shopping. Lots of food options around. Easy to get to by public transport.

Hair found in the Kettle, not enough plug sockets in the room only one near the bed and this was faulty, hair dryer also didn’t work longer than 10 seconds. Shower design was terrible causing a flood on the floor every time it was used. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location is great to explore the area and for public transport links. Rooms are also very quiet and peaceful didn’t get disturbed by any other guests nearby. It’s a decent hotel but clearly the rooms are run down, old and need of maintenance with these small annoyances making the stay less pleasant than it could be. I would say the hotel does not earn the 4 star it has been rated.

The room we were assigned to was a bit dark and not welcoming…felt old and dark. We brought the room with breakfast and that was another big disappointment..only dark banana was in the fresh fruit area..no cappuccino..the Cherry tomatoes were mostly ripe
