Hotel White House

The view was good from the front rooms. Just ocean view. There was a Starbucks on the first floor for breakfast. No bath towels just small towels. Location close to the airport put did not hear the plans.

The view was amazing!!! This hotel is on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor is Starbucks. The hotel desk is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are big. The bed is comfy. The shower is big and updated. This was a great stay.

통유리로 된 ocean view는 잊을 수 없는 장면이였습니다...방에 큰 table이 있어서 커피한잔 하면서 바다를 바라보면서 멍 때릴 수 있는 여유를 가질 수 있었습니다. 아침에 눈뜨면 볼 수 있는 바다, 바로 걸어 나가서 해안길늘 산책할 수 있는 것도 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 여길 오겠습니다.

Would stay again, but not the best. The place is a little weird. No one was present at the front desk on arrival. After calling some numbers on the desk someone eventually turned up. They were very friendly but clearly unprepared. The rooms, while amazingly decorated, were not at all clean. On top of that, the plumbing and window fixtures were quite noisy. The nearby airport was actually no problem in comparison.

The hotel is located 10-15minutes from Jeju Airport. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to even wake up in the early morning to book for a taxi for us and helped us to call for food delivery at night. It can be headache to do all these as not many Korean can communicate in English. There’s a Starbucks just below the hotel and a few good restaurants just within walking distance. The view from the hotel is also very peaceful! Recommended!

It was just a strange place to stay - at check in it was one guy who just handed me a key - no ID, no paperwork, just a key - and then our room smelled of smoke when we had booked a non-smoking room. It may have been the effect of people smoking outside as the window was left open, but it just felt odd (although it was definitely clean, no problems with the cleanliness). The smell improved enough for us to sleep there one night after using the aircon. The view was great out the window to the ocean, although being right above a Starbucks with floor-ceiling windows meant that we were visible to everyone if we had the shades open. The beds were incredibly hard and I can't even describe how hard the pillows were - my three year old son who will sleep on anything moved his away and slept on his stuffed animal instead. I will say that the hotel was quick to get back to me after the check-in review, and the guy at the check-in counter was nice enough - just didn't speak English well enough to understand what I was saying about the smoke smell. So if you like quick check-ins and an ocean view, and want to be a five minute drive to the airport like we did, this place would work for you. But I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay multiple nights.

We stayed in the "middle suite" - spacious with balcony overlooking the water. Had a romantic ambience with the furnishings. Bed was on the firm side but didn't mind it.

The receptionist is arrogant and unfriendly. We asked him to call a taxi to airport in morning and turns out that no taxi came. We were almost missed our flight!

I read some good reviews about this place so I expected more from it. Only stayed for 1 night before flying off from the airport and the main reason I chose the place was for it's proximity to the airport. Main issue was with the bathroom- the water flowed all the way out of the shower area and when we gave this feedback to the counter staff, he did not do anything. We didn't get a room with a view either- our room looked out into a car park. The towels that they provided were small. There was no wifi. Overall, because we only stayed for 1 night, it was fine. But I could not imagine staying for longer.

Room stated are for 4 adults, but we feel that room size is just nice for 2 adults plus 1 kid, or maybe with some squeeze, it still able to fix 3 adults, Luckily we are able to upside to a larger one with additional cost. Hotel.com site has this time disappoint us with the wrong information provided, anyway we have a great stay. Thanks

Because of weather conditions we were unable to make it to the island of Jejudo and so when we called and told the front desk about it. They were very uncaring, cold, and of absolutely no help to us whatsoever. It totally turned us off that this hotel wouldn't understand or help. So we decided not to stay there and went to a different place all together. ... To me hotels are all about friendly service and far as that was concerned they were way below average.

Stayed here after getting stuck in Jeju because flights were sold out so we just wanted a place nearby the airport for one night. Did not get the room type we booked, but were too tired to try to resolve this issue with the front desk. The walls were paper thin and there was a lot of thudding noise all night, plus the flyover noise from the airplanes. The hotel itself is a bit worn and dated, but the room was in great condition and very nicely appointed. The beds were a bit hard. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient for grabbing snacks/drinks. Definitely not a good place for light sleepers, but provided what we needed for the evening.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are very big, and the beds are western standard, so quite soft compared to Korea. The hotel has a Starbucks in, which is great to have a nice breakfast or to watch the sunset. Right on the sea. The owner speaks perfect English and can book taxi or order delivery food for you. they were very kind and let us do an early check in. I would go back here anytime.

Very good location! To city just 10 mins by taxi. And to airport also 5mins only by taxi! One of Receptionist can speak fluently English. The room is clean and comfortable.

The room is excellent and we can get ice from the front desk. But the other is just okay.

Initially I was pretty skeptical about booking this hotel as there were barely any reviews. However, I took the leap of faith and it was definitely worth it! There's really nothing to complain about this hotel! There's a Starbucks right at the ground floor so I can always head there for breakfast (accompanied by a beautiful sea view) or for tea (accompanied by an astonishing sunset). The hotel is within a 15 minutes drive to the airport which makes it really convenient to travel to/fro the airport. Furthermore, the hotel is along the beautiful beach which gives you a run for your money with the amazing sunset everyday! Definitely worthwhile for the price paid!

Our room was facing the airport runway, which we could see the planes taking off. This really excited our young kids. Some unique experience we never had. Not much planes taking off at night, hence this is not disturbing our rest time. Room was spacious and clean generally. Location was good as there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
