The room was spacious and well equipped, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to a subway station and on walking distance of Myeongdong.

Caulking in bathroom could be redone to look much cleaner and the curtains needed a wash. The bed was very comfortable and sheets very clean. Would have loved some wash towels and a bath mat. Beautiful view!

I had a spacious quiet room. The area was safe. Dining areas close enough to hotel. 7 eleven and coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. One very weird thing was they didn't have bath towels. I got issued 5 hand towels which got replaced each day for my 4 day visit. The bed was rock hard but I think that may be normal for the location. Neverthe less I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.

Quiet location but still close to the hotspots. Staff were kind and polite. Not knowing the area, a little hard to find but we made it.

Located at heart of Seoul city. Great access to famous tourist attractions and transportation. My only complaint is there was a mentality unstable old lady who was living in the facility as her home. Very unpleasant conversation. Also makes it an awkward situation.

Accessibility and friendly staffs

The property is fantastic and very spacious (standard double). The location is also very strategic - you can either walk to myeongdong/DDP or take the metro 1-2 stops away. The staff are so helpful, friendly, professional, efficient! Had an issue with air con, and they came as soon as i sent a message. Airport bus is only 5 -7 min walk. Theres a 7/11 just downstair for any late night snacks. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Only 1.5km to namsan tower by bus. Even the clean ladies were very nice. The room could do with a little dusting. One negative note (not hotel fault) neighbours were a bit noisy with dragging chairs around 2-3am. Also, when opening slide windows, it would bang, waking us up in the middle on the night. Nonetheless, i would stay here again with no question! A local market at door step, and the netflix market also 10-15 min walk. ATM also available at the reception. What else can we ask for! Thank you to all the staff x

패밀리룸을 사용했는데 방이 크고 편안했어요. 1층에 편의점과 카페도 좋았고요. 지하철 여러라인이 교차되는 곳이라 편리했습니다. 가격대비 아주 만족합니다.

Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, despite us not speaking Korean. They let us check in early and kept our bags the day of checkout at no charge. It’s very walkable, close to a couple subway stops and lots of restaurants, shops and coffee. Hotel is on the site of a park, so although it’s in a more industrial area, the view is nice. Rooms were big and a washing machine is in the room.
