It was amazing. Staff was super excellent esp Ms Kim! It’s nice to have someone to communicate in English. Very hospitable stay. Wah the floor heating was great!!!! Even though it’s in the hill side, easy to call taxi or the staff will drop us in town. Very enjoyable. Can walk around the fruit Orchard !

I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant to change that... Please also be aware that "eco" seems to stand for "economic" and not "ecological", meaning it's more like an apartment than a hotel.

As mentioned by earlier review, it would be good if the bathroom can have shelves to place our toiletries. Or at least provide a portable shelf to make it more user friendly. There is also no dressing table and mirror in the bedroom which makes it even more important to have shelves in the bathroom. Hotel can drop you off in town for dinner. It is also easy to get a taxi back to hotel.

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet location and slightly elevated land about 8 mins drive to Teddy Bear Museum and nearby restaurants. All rooms come equipped with a bedroom, living/dining area and a kitchenette. Ample parking space and free. Bbq pit is available for use and there is free flow of coffee and tea all day long. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and can be taken indoor or outside terrace overlooking the orange orchard below. The owner Victor and his staff are very friendly and helpful. It was the tangerine season in Jeju and there are lots of tangerine trees behind the hotel. We were allowed to pluck the tamgerines and bring home free of charge. Those who are not driving should arrange for hotel pick up.

What a lovely atmosphere for a few days in Jeju! A world away from the luxury resorts just down the street in the best of ways; if bling isn’t your scene and you prefer a quiet, natural setting, this is a beautiful spot. The staff/owners were incredibly helpful, breakfast was lovely, and we could watch the ocean and citrus trees from bed.

It's like staying with friends at their home. The room has a living area, pantry, bedroom and balcony with rocking chair and jacuzzi. We can walk around the garden and orange orchard. Very nice and comfy

Travelling with a family of 6. Found this Eco suite from a blogger who highly recommended here. We arrived late on Jeju at night time as our flight was delayed when going to Busan thus the first day plan was spoiled. Having a little bit upset while heading to Jejueco suite for a late check in after 10, but then was enlightened by the connecting-suite preparation for us which allowed us to rest immediately when arrived. Like the spacious room and cozy environment with complete facilities. The suite come with spacious balcony where you can access the starry sky and it is perfect to have Soju there during cold winter ! Breakfast is western style and there many choices of fresh fruits! The staffs were helpful on any queries we have for the trip. The suite is just too cozy for us and we definitely will come back again when we decide to visit Jeju in the future!

We spent 2 nights in a jacuzzi suite. Everything was superb but we do wish these romantic suites had king beds. It had fantastic A/C which was a nice relief since most places in Korea have subpar AC or have a central air system controlled by the hotel and set at an uncomfortably warm temperature.

You would need a rental car to go to Jejueco Suite as it is located in a quiet neighbourhood with tangerine farms and other interesting sights if you chose to take a morning jog/walk around, which was what I did. The place is still near enough by car to Jungmun area (10mins drive) where you can go for lunch/dinner, coffee at Starbucks or sight-seeing at Lotte Hotel. Coffee machine and refillable drinkable water always available at reception/breakfast area. The breakfast is simple but yet delicious with bread/toast, eggs, fruits and muffins. The room is sufficiently clean and the bed comfy for two.

I did a family vacation in Jeju and found Jejueco suites on hotels.com. Initially i was a bit worried about someone saying that the location was remoted, but to be honest you need to drive everywhere in Jeju so this is not an issue at all, Also the town is just 10 minutes drive away, we had dinner in town every night and took a taxi back (only USD 4). The building and the garden is gorgeous, but the service is even more impressive. On my first day I had a really bad tour guide who I needed to fire at the spot. Alex at the reception helped me to find another one and even drove us to his favourite restaurant to have lunch. Next time I visit jeju again, Jejueco suites will surely be one of the factors I come back!
