Deserve to have 2 star. Bad location. Very bad impression from visiting washroom in the hotel lobby. Dirty dirty dirty…..

Basic hotel with simple amenities. Clean. Helpful staff. Modest gym. Not in a central location but easy to access places. Super helpful staff when we lost something

We moved rooms twice. All three the bathrooms in the shower area was pink mold and black in the grout areas. They upgraded our room to the deluxe room but the show was also dirty. There were coffee stains near the bathroom towel area on the wall. The bidet also did not work the first night, and management sent someone to fix it the next day. The management was great, but the cleanliness needs to be better. My husband and I will not be staying there again.

증미역에서 10~15분 정도 걸어가야 되고 위치가 좀 희안했어요. 아파트들 사이에 호텔이 있어서 당황했던 기억이 있어요. 아무래도 주거지역에 위치해 있다 보니까 편의점이나 카페에 접근성은 좋았고 외국인들이라면 뭐 의미있겠다 싶었지만 위치가 애매했어요. 하루에 물 2개 제공되고 그 외에 칫솔, 비누, 클렌징폼 등은 따로 구입을 해야된다고 해서 그점도 조금 낯설었어요. 출장 때문에 호텔 자주 다녔는데 일회용은 아니더라도 구비를 해놓은 곳이 많았었거든요. 장점도 단점도 다 애매해서 그냥 숙박을 하실 분들은 더 저렴한 곳을 알아보시는 게 나을 것 같고 호텔을 원하는 분들은 위치와 서비스가 좋은 더 좋은 호텔을 가는 게 나을 것 같아요.

I really loved that there was a CU in the hotel. I really enjoyed using the sauna and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful!

This Hotel is a lovely gem I enjoyed my time here and extended my stay because the location is amazing and lovely river view. Also a trail leading to a park on a hill very convenient to access by a stairway from the hotel. I took lovely walks there to view the river and met some lovely locals. This was how I realized how kind Koreans were to foreigners. The only thing that was a barrier was that there was not enough staffs that spoke English at the front desk but they were helpful enough for me to undertsnad. I was told I could go up to the restaurant and book a reservation and get a lovely view up there as it's stunning but the staff at the restaurant was not very welcoming and asked me if I had a guide for translation. I beg you pardon? I was traveling alone and just needed a reservation for myself to have dinner and I was refused. You need to accommodate international travelers better as you have a beautiful hotel so I was disappointed that you refused me as I was Solo and English speaking. Another staff came, and we used translation and gave me an option to dine there or in a hotel room. I ate in the room in the end. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel and used the Gym/ Sauna area, where the staffs were very warm and welcoming and they stored my luggage on the first day and checkout. The Convenience store is great. The lady that work there is so lovely, thanks for being kind.

I was Charged a different amount from when I booked the room. The bathroom was dirty and the walls were all marked up with dirt too. 10/10 would not go back. The sheets had hair and were not clean. Overall, not worth what I paid. I have received way more with less money spent. I did Enjoy the heated floors though.

The hotel price is not bad, but the hotel exterior is messy, it is not easy to walk to the hotel with your luggage, and the view in front of the hotel is disappointing.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area, the staff were amazing and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top notch.

多分二度と泊まらないと思う。 ホテルまでの道が坂なので、スーツケースをもっては難しい。立地が悪い。 トイレから下水道の匂いがする。 洗面所蛇口からお湯が出なかった。 風呂にカーテンがなく、トイレの所まで水が飛ぶ。 壁などにキズがすごい！ 全身鏡ない USBポートなし(220vのみ) 団体が多く、ロビーうるさい。 観光で滞在はおすすめ出来ない。 ビジネスで軽く一泊は可能かも？

Check the under beds. There are lots of dust and it looks they never cleaned it up. The staff is not professional and unkind.

Beds are too hard

My deluxe room on the 14th floor had a great view and excellent amenities, including an automatic clothes ironing machine. The vanity, shower, bath, and toilet were all impeccably clean and were well maintained throughout my trip. The bed was comfortable, as were the chairs at the small table. The floor heating was fantastic. It kept the room nice and warm without being too hot, and also meant that the air didn't get as dry as it could have if I had used the normal air-conditioner heater. The only reason I dropped my overall rating from Excellent to Very Good was due to the breakfast. It was good, but nothing too special. There was little to no variety each day. However, the convenience of having breakfast available in the hotel was very good, and to be honest it didn't taste bad either.
