The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they didn’t offer much space for luggage, which made them feel a bit tight. The hotel is conveniently located near many tourist attractions. You can easily take a bus, subway, or even walk to several popular spots. There are also plenty of dining options and shopping opportunities nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to shopping and cathedral. Also near Metro station and city bus. Staff nice and helpful. Self laundry - 4 machines. Big gym with lots of machines. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices - tried 3 days and some things different each time. Other 2 days of my trip ate in ground floor coffee shop - very good Vietnamese breakfast sandwich and coffee

Best location in Myeongdong since the hotel is not too close to the market, not far neither. The bus stop, subway station are close too! Very easy to get public transportation. It's between Euljiro, Chungmuro & Namdaemun-ro. We just walked to the famous Myeongdong street, Lotte Dept Store, and Young Plaza. There's two convenient stores at the back lobby hotel and Angel-in us Coffee and Tea in the main lobby. They have a utility floor too, you can do laundry (coin laundry), ironing, also microwave and dispenser! Free! Our room is not too spacious but it's OK for 2 adults, the cleaning service was great! They come everyday to clean your room 😉 and the front officers are very kind. Thank you for your hospitality! I'll highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here for 6 nights and had breakfast at their cafe every morning. The staff here was super nice and very helpful when I told the front desk that I left my key in the room. It is also very walkable to the Myeongdong shopping area as well as convenience stores.

Staff was nice and very helpful. We did not like our bed mattress. I believe because they wash the mattress but maybe didn’t dry it properly it had a wet odor. Initially I thought it was coming from the pillow but was the mattress also.
