방이나 침대 컨디션도 좋아서 잘지냈습니다~

투숙객들의 평가가 좋고 해서 선택을 했으나, 5성급 이라는 것이 맞는가싶을 정도로 옆방에서 떠드는 소리와 화장실 물 소리등으로 그호텔 선택한것을 후회했다. 금액도 1박 조식포함 23만원 했는데, 숙소도 조식도 기대 이하였어서 조금 더 주고 다른 곳을 선택할것을 이라고 후회했다. 다음엔 투숙 안 할것 같다.

한실 침구류에서 자꾸 벌레가 보여 불쾌했습니다. 위치 전반적 시설 나쁘지않았으나 아쉬웠습니다.

10월이라 수영장 오픈이 안해서 아쉬웠네요 그래도 전반적으로 넓고 편안했습니다. 다만 거의 중국인이 많은 숙소에요...

깨끗하고 좋았습니다

I booked Maison Glad Jeju for three nights to ensure my 87-year-old mother, who has mobility issues, would be comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Check-in is at 3 PM, but we arrived at 2 PM. I asked for early check-in and was told it would cost 20,000 KRW per hour before 3 PM. I travel internationally and have never been charged for arriving just an hour early, but I agreed for my mother’s comfort. I also requested a room near the elevator to minimize walking for her, but was told only one room was available—and it wasn’t close. That night, cigarette smoke came through our vents even though this is a non-smoking hotel. I called the front desk and was told they’d investigate and turn on air filtration. Ten minutes later, the smoke worsened, making my mother dizzy. I reported it again the next morning, along with a request for an extra pillow since only one had been provided. The smoke continued the second night but stopped on the third. We dined at Samdajeong, their “premium live kitchen buffet,” which cost $75 per person. At 7 PM, most food was dry and lukewarm, clearly sitting out for some time. Only the soups were decent. Even with a 30% guest discount, it felt overpriced and disappointing. Overall, this stay was mediocre. For a hotel marketing itself as five-star, service and quality fell far short. There are many better options in Korea that truly deliver on customer service.

저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!) 저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 정말 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다. 감사합니다❣️❣️

Not many korean places to eat around.

직원들 모두 친절하였으나 여행 첫날부터 비가 너무 많이 왔는데 객실 메이드께서 가족수 만큼 우산을 빌려 주셔서 여행기간 내내 잘 사용하였습니다 부탁을 드린것도 아닌데 먼저 가져다 주시는 세심하고 따뜻한 마음에 다시한번 감사드립니지

조식이 맛있고 고민 하다가 골랐는데 괜찮았어요. 다만 본관 바닥이 아직 카페트라 아쉬웠어요. 여름에는 물이 너무 차요 ㅠ ㅠ
