Thank you Novotel Ambassador Suwon for your warm welcome. We stayed for 13 nights and absolutely loved every minute of it. The ambience atmosphere make you feel relaxed. The modern design, spacious rooms and cleanliness added comfort. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping mall and public transport. Airport limousine is available from the airport to the hotel and back. We will be back soon 😊

Amazing location at Suwon station, the luxury bus from Incheon airport was direct to the front door and cost 13,500KRW.
The gym at the hotel was the largest and most comprehensive I've ever seen across 50 hotels.

Great location adjacent to train station and airport limo bus. Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff were helpful booking airport transportation. Short taxi or bus ride away from the fortress. Multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are little smaller than I expected. Overall service was good but some Front Desk clerks needed little more service training.

I bought a bus ticket at the airport for Suwon Station, the bus stop was directly outside the Hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel is walking distance from the station. some staff were nice but other staff were just playing on their phones and for a 4-5 star hotel, it doesn’t feel welcoming. gym was great except for some people (visitor) inside the gym screaming which ruined the experience.
The bathroom amenities were okay but they have toothbrushes without toothpaste which was abit weird.
not really fond of the open glass toilets where people can see everything you do and the wooden sliding doors to enter the toilets.

staff needs professional training - esp., luggage helpers. first impression from a long trip to hotel, traveler often times needs luggage helper but when I arrive and leave, none volunteers with pleasure even if being asked. I had to wait for a while and got an impression that they are doing unnecessary work.
