Ocean Grand Hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the views were stunning!! We had to spa suite and it was beautiful. Tons of great restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Only one key was given to us (three travellers) and that threw us off. Also, no beach towels at a beach hotel was a little off putting, but the breakfast was excellent, the ocean view to die for, and the staff friendly.

Reasonable charge, acceptable condition.

Although i am not a seasoned traveller, i do have some reasonable expectations. Most times when i read reviews of a property I usually will make my own conclusions but in the case of the Ocean Grand hotel i should have put more weight on the reviews. At first glance the lobby is very elegant. When we got to our room we realized how old and outdated this hotel was. There were stains on the hallway carpets, room furniture that was scratched, patio door screen laying on the balcony and in the bathroom there were only hand towels, not bath towels. We did ask for bath towels(thinking they may have been missed)and we did get them but they were never put in our room again. Our stay there was 3 days and inconvenient to find another hotel

Awesome time in Jeju! Stayed on different sides of the island while there BUT we loved the stay at Ocean Grand Hotel because of its location to the beach, restaurants, etc.....and the balcony!!!

It was the worst of the hotel I went to. Too dirty, no cleaning, poor service, staff unfriendly, and everything was terrible. The only reason to ruin my trip was this hotel choice. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Terrific location and nice desk staff. Room was not really cleaned well at all... wasn't swept daily, shampoo wasn't replaced daily.

Since I wanted tp wake up and sleep while seeing and hearing the sound of the sea, so I was satisfied.

The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Jeju City, the main city that you fly into. Taxi rates varied from 12000 to 22000 won due to drivers either taking the scenic route because tourists don't know any better (or something). As a three-star hotel, the facilities are how you'd expect. You have your bathroom with your toiletries but keep in mind that there is no divider between the shower section of the bathroom and the rest of the bathroom. You need to wipe the floor with a used/spare towel to ensure you don't slip. Additionally, the towel are pretty small (I am used to the typical towels sold in America). Other than that, the floors are hardwood and they provide slippers so you don't track in dirt. Beds are comfortable and there's even a small balcony that you enjoy the sea breeze and ocean views from! Besides the nearby Hamdeok Beach - a huge tourist attraction - there are few other things you can do within walking distance. In the same building, there is a burger place that you can grab a bite to eat without having the leave the comforts of the air conditioning while still getting a gorgeous view of the ocean. Just outside is a 7/11 if you forgot something at home or need a quick snack. Down the road on the east there are your beaches, a couple of tourist shops, and a handful of restaurants that you can eat delicious seafood, Italian, and more burgers. The location is great if you want a place away from the city but there aren't a lot of tourist attractions!

위치 좋아요. 걸어서 바다에서 놀다가 돌아오기 딱 좋아요.

전체적으로 노후되서 레트로 느낌입니다. 해수욕장 바로 앞이라는 장점이 있어서 편했어요

깨끗한 환경의 숙소 잘 사용하였습니다. 감사합니다

Reasonable price within expectation

앞에 바다가 있어 너무 좋았고 데스크직원분들 모두 친절해서 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션은 오래 되었다는 평이 많아 처음부터 기대 하지 않았지만 4박동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에도 숙박할 계획입니다

함덕비치를 즐기기에 최적화 된 호텔이라 생각됩니다. 주변을 마음껏 즐긴 여행이었어요~

오래된 호텔 치고 관리상태가 나쁘지 않았습니다. 주차공간이 좁은게 흠이고 바깥으로 나오면 바다가 앞에있어 좋았습니다.

시설은 좀 오래된듯 하였으나, 관리를 잘 하였고 무엇보다 직원의 친절과 봉사가 남달랐다는 생각이듭니다. 캐리어를 잠시 맡겨둔걸 깜빡 잊고 공항으로 갔는데 친절하게도 전화를 해 줘서 다시 캐리어를 찾으로 다녀왔던 기억이 있습니다. 다행히 비행기 시간에 늦지 않았기에 고맙게 기억하고 있습니다.
