PalmValley Pool Villa Resort

Requires car and preferable to have a korean speaker with you; otherwise nice small resort with really great staff who maintain the property and pools well.

This resort was beautiful and close to many of the things we wanted to drive to see in Seogwipo. At arrival, the staff were very helpful and even helped us get our luggage to our rooms using golf carts. They gave us a tour of the room, including an explanation of buttons to turn on the hot water. Being able to use a kitchen in our property was also very convenient for breakfast. We also enjoyed the rabbits on the property, very cute! Since the resort is in an area with palm trees and surrounded by a river, there are some insects around the property. The water heater also dripped a little bit into the separated area in between the room and the outside of building. However, these were both minor flaws. We enjoyed our experience a lot and would stay again!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Not sure about access via public transport as we had a car but the staff, facilities, and location to get to places were perfect

As cheesy as the decor was in our villa, it was VERY comfortable. The pool had a beautiful view, they had some really cute pet rabbits on site. My only complaint would be the really loud tacky music they blast through the outdoor loudspeaker from 08:30 - 21:00.

We were in South Korea for 28 days and staying at this resort ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We did NOT want to leave. We truly loved this resort in almost every way. It's strange because based on the images, my first impression upon arrival was that it didn't look as nice in person. But it is! It's very nice and peaceful and quite lovely. The staff is also awesome, always helpful if we had questions or needed anything. We mostly needed the charcoal they prepared to barbecue on your private patio with which we did almost every day. YUM! The main pool is extremely nice and we spent a good bit of time there, but I will note that there were quite a lot of families and children. We were a couple traveling with no children so if you don't want kids around, this may not be the place for you. Of course, we did stay there in August so maybe other times of the year have less children. I'm not sure. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again, even though Jeju Downtown is quite a distance away. A car is an absolute must. We didn't have one and we definitely needed one. The next time we visit Jeju, and there will be a next time, we'll rent the car and very possibly stay at the Palm Valley Resort again.

When in Jeju we love to stay here! The front desk staff is great! They show you to your room, explain things, they have even helped us with our bags. They are very kind and work hard for their guests. First class property and hospitality.

Clean, quiet with attentive staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Wow, What a great property! I loved our stay at Palm Valley Resort. Checking in was so simple. Staff met us at our car and immediately took our bags and showed us to our villa and explained how everything worked. Not sure the gentleman's name but he was so nice and courteous. The property is gorgeous and the villas are big and private with beautiful views out of every window. You can cook your own food inside or BBQ outside. The pool was very nice. Great location and close to everything. This is for sure in my top three places that I have ever stayed in. We will be back!

Beautiful property. Even included a sauna. Scenery was very nice my only problem was the upstairs jacuzzi doesn’t work. They said it’s just for shows

Nice kitchen but needs more cooking stuff and pool eas very cold water, it needs heated instruments

We stayed inCoco’s villa. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It has a small garden with Sakura trees which started to blossom during our stay. We could watch Sakura and listen to the birds’ singing while we were lying on our bed every morning. We had wonderful time staying there

Have BBQ stuff, massage pool. Swimming pool. Whole house AC conditioner. But the massage pool is drain automatically and can't get full tank water. Just deduct some scores. And the phone number cannot guide you the villa by the in-car GPS. You need some google maps help. Detailed address is correct.

The place looked even better than the photos online. It was such a great place to rejuvenate. The hotel staff was also quite friendly and so ready to help. They delivered breakfast every morning so you could eat in. It also had a little kitchenette so you could cook if you wanted. It was a great home away from home.

Overall nice stay. Stayed in the Coso suite which is very comfortable, Would be great in summer as there is outdoor bbq facilities. The spa tub was simply delightful. Breakfast is delivered to the room with 2 options.

체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 도착했는데 바로 체크인 진행해주었구요. 침실이 사진에 나온것보다도 더 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘된 느낌에 시내랑 가까워서 장점이 많은 숙소였습니다.
