hotel itself was great, service was exactly so-so in that they follow exactly by the book. for example, since hotel is near beach and has pool, most hotels allow guests to access pool and fitness club through out the whole day of your checkout date but here only allows access up until 11 am which is check out time. so not that they were rude but not exempliary service

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating. The location is nice if you want to be near the beach and in walking distance from everything in the local community. The hotel had a few nice bikes that could be borrowed and we really enjoyed riding them around the area. Overall a great stay.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family during Korean Thanksgiving holiday. Hotel was clean, small but convenient, slightly off the main road so it was quiet enough to get deep sleep. I do want to visit again during the summer.

The room was a bit dirty, but not obviously so. For example, lots of dirt and even items (some old slippers) under the bed. One of the beds itself was held up by a box! The area around the balcony was quite dusty, especially the windows. But it was good enough for the price. They could do some very simple improvements that would go a long way, like some hooks in the bathroom (once I use the bathrobe, where do I put it?), a stirring spoon, etc. Also, we looked forward to the jacuzzi on the roof, but it was "under construction", with no opening date listed. I would stay here again as it was close to a beautiful beach, and again, good enough.

Wanted have some coffee in the morning so went to a restaurant but was refused for a lack of breakfast coupon. Coffee in the restaurant will be served for people eating breakfasts and was told to buy a lousy premade coffee packed in a can at a convenience store. What a ridiculous food and beverage policy!

Very nice reasonably priced hotel. Staff was very friendly, limited English but that’s my fault for not learning more Korean by now. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I stayed in December, the hotel is within walking distance to a beautiful beach but about 25 minutes from Dongmun market or other downtown activities. The only disappointing part for me was the pool and spa were closed, I was told by a friend they were open the week before but nothing is predictable with Covid restrictions.

It was a shame that the parking lot filled up so quickly in the evening and we had to park at the offsite parking lot that was a 5 min walk away. The property is overall quite dated, with the lobby furniture needing replacement. The room A/C was a bit faulty and the bathroom wasn’t super clean. Would prefer to stay at another hotel if I were to visit the area again

I booked for 2 rooms for 6 pax. our webpage Indicated 3 adults with free dinner and breakfast.for each room. After making full payment and then only received only 4 pax free dinner n breakfast,Hence I felt it is misleading in the beginning, only after you booked and paid then your confirmation details would show only 4 free. Please admend the misleading booking page for future customers who may get a rude shock when they are at the restaurant .

A new first: a virtually odor-free hotel room. Hope they stay that way. Room for parking, as many have pointed out, is extremely tight at night and will only get worse as new wings open.

The hotel is at around 10 min walk from the beach (which is really gorgeous) There is some small restaurants around but nothing really entertaining, no bars or else around... The staff was really helpful with both Korean and English speaking. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport was really nice (more or less 30 min ride), air con, thought the driver didn't even say hello and I had to put my luggage alone in the trunk ! The hotel was really nice looking, and even had Jacuzzi on the roof top (for a pricey 50$ per person) Now for the room.... Nice design, everything needed in a room, even a foot massage machine ! Bed was a bit hard to my taste. If I have one complain really, it is about the CLEANLINESS !!!! Bathroom sink, mirrors and counter tops were not clean, I had to wipe them myself. Dust everywhere in the room, at firs I thought that it was scratches on the desk and table but no, after running my finger on it I was surprised to find a nice black dust on it. Overall we still enjoyed our stay in this hotel and it was hard to leave from it !! I would go back (and probably ask the room to be dust free this time!)
