Very old but has what is needed.

To be honest, the room was just so-so. The bed was super uncomfortable and I ended up getting up early instead of sleepung in because of it. The shower water kept on leaking into the bathroom floor and the floor itself was already slippery. We paid for the deluxe room and specified that it was for 2 people, but they only prepared for one and we ended up having to go down the lobby to request needed items. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs maintenance.

If I could I wish I cancelled. Over priced, no show shuttle bus, broken door, dirty, unclean. I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this and asking for a refund. Tourists beware.

The location is good, the room we got was amazing with a really good beach view in the 6th floor and at the end of the corridor (very quiet). Because corona and because no membership we couldnt use the swimming pool and other facilities. Also no restaurant open. But delivery food is allowed. We missed some basic amenties like tooth paste and lotion.

The surcharge for the pool should be noted in their advertising. There was a strange and bad smell coming from outside the window. The buffet breakfast is somewhat limited. Otherwise very comfortable.

This was our first trip to Jeju and we opted to try the Raon. We experienced issues with a damaged shower, but the staff quickly allowed us to move to a different room. Staff is very customer-oriented and friendly. Having a 7-11 convenience store in the lobby really came in handy during our stay. Only drawback with the location is that it is not near any shopping areas or restaurants so it is best to get a rental car -- nearest ones are located at the beach which is 1.5 km away. The beach is a really nice one with excellent views of the nearby island. There is also a unique stone statue park near the beach that is relaxing and interesting to walk through.

Pool, gym and sauna was not free, food was just average and staff spoke no english. Room bathroom was dirty upon arrival.

Hotel is good if you come for golf. They have shuttle to Airport every hour with no charge. Its one hr distance from Airport. Only location problem for none gulf player.

Great but be prepared to pay for facility usage. Building is abit old but overall good stay at reasonably price.

Nice hotel. Decent, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Due to a mix up at check-in resulting from language difficulties they gave me free tickets to the pool, the Ma Park horse show, the zoo and gokarting which I thought was very generous. For this reason I couldn’t give any less than 5 stars. The free airport shuttle is very convenient as it’s about an hour away. You can walk to the beach in less than half an hour and it’s safe to do so. The breakfast was ok, but it’s quite Korean, no pastries. I would certainly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to play golf.

1)We went there for my daughter's 5th birthday, i told the receptionist and shown her the passport. i asked if there any small gift for her, she said no, not even a balloon nor lollipop.2) we have some take away and wanna reheat the food,but the manager said they cant do, i need to go down to the convenience store.3) i asked for a spoon and they said they dont have any,but they do have f&b on 1st floor. 4) i choose this hotel, because it has indoor swimming and gym. but they all costs unreasonable price (around usd 15 for swimming) i think its because all the facilities are mean to serve the members not the hotel guests, that's why they charge at high price to avoid hotel guest to use these facilities. Not recommend to those who plan to book this hotel.

The room was great, but the hotel is a ways away from anything. The two restaurants we visited on the grounds were both overpriced and very disappointing with tiny selections, and what we chose was just ok (no where near the value for what we paid). The water park/swimming pool is a complete rip off. Total waste of money. Many features of it did not even work properly (lazy river). The water park was very minimal and very run down. It would of been worth the effort of going to the nearby beaches.

Fantastic Hotel!!! For 3 days I stayed at this hotel with very nice experiences. Easy Transportation!! From Jeju international airport, I could use Raon Hotel Limousine Bus free of charge. It was very useful and convenience for me without any difficulties. Good Check-in!! I could have easy check-in even though the Hotel could not receive my information from Hotels.com. Fantastic views!! In the morning, when I opened the curtains of my room, Wow!!! It was stunning view with a golf course with trees, mountain, a small island and sea view front. What a fantastic view!! Delicious Breakfast!!! There were over 100 items for breakfast. I could not expect that much. Almost items I had tasted were very delicious!!! I could not find any hotels providing like this in London. I think Roan hotel is much better than Hilton hotel in London Hidden Park and other hotels ever I have used in London and Europe. Especially Seaweed soup Maesaengee was delicious!!! yami tami!! Luxury Building!! The hotel building is brand new!! So all facilities are very clean, luxury. Spa and Sauna is free of charge, but waterpark swimming pool is about 8 GBP. Also there is a Tax free luxury quality shopping centre. It is a really luxury hotel and good foods!!!! Near seashore on the sands!!! If it is in London, it would be over 500GBP per night. If I have a chance to visit Jeju, definitely I want to visit Roan Hotel again, also recommend friend strongly!!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel front is not opened 24hrs.
