The best stay I’ve ever had. The owners were extremely lovely and accommodating! I had great conversation with them and even watched YouTube videos with their son. :) I will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in Seoul.

This is truly a guest house. Owners are on site and willing to share family table. Great location in Myongdong, steps to metro and airport bus. Would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here in Seoul View Guest House ! With so much stores and restaurants nearby it was very easy to get around especially with the nearby subway stations! The owners were very sweet and friendly◡̈ would love to come again!

It was our first trip to Korea, and SeoulView Guest House provided the perfect location for our explorations. It is so close to Myeondong Station and the Airport Limousine bus-stops. Many food options and shopping all within walking distance. It is clean and comfortable, and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

I'm really glad we chose to stay here again on the last leg of our Korea adventure. It truly felt like our home away from home. The convenience of the location (very close to Myeondong station and airport limousine bus-stops), the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the owners is amazing. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, but can be a little small if you are traveling with multiple large bags. However, the communal space and kitchen on the third floor is a strong plus point for us, When we take away food because we can't finish it, being able to heat it up later and eat comfortably is great. Also, having access to a washer and dryer was a godsend. We recommend SeoulView Guest House, and will stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Seoul View Guesthouse. You can't beat the location. Right next to Pacific Hotel and steps from the Northface Bldg where most of the tour pickups are. It's literally steps from Myeongdong station and just go to the underpass and exit 6, you're in the start of the main shopping street. The room I got was the 1 king bed and 1 twin. Perfect for 3 people. Room & bathroom was clean. Free laundry, free coffee, tea and water. On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen with all the tools & appliances you need. No eating in the rooms, but there is a big dining table, kitchen on the 3rd floor. We felt safe during our stay (3 women) cctv on all points, Mr. Lee the owner is kind and very approachable for any questions or concerns. His assistant Hong Jay is nice too. Forget the expensive hotels across the street, this guesthouse is my now go-to in my future Seoul travels.

I loved pretty much everything about this guest house! Just a few minute walk from the subway station. Everything; shops, restaurants, convenience stores, money exchange place, attractions, etc. is in a walking distance. Clean and quiet. Super nice and friendly people (owner's wife and the manager). Great price. I will definitely go back here if all possible. I know this place will be so popular that it'll be tough to book.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Offered free laundry and guest umbrellas if needed. I was a solo female traveler and the host was beyond nice, welcoming and very helpful!

Guesthouse was wonderful! Staff and manager Go beyond to make guest feel at home. My only regret is staying for a short time! I will definitely come back in the future

The location is excellent, only 100 meters from the Subway station Myeongdong, exit 3. Easy to locate. A small, clean, and friendly hostel. I stayed in the female dormitary. It was a bit clamped, one big locker to each bed. Each bed had a lamp and plug to charge your devices. AC was strong. It was quiet during the night. I would def. stay here again to save money so I can go shopping in Myeongdong!

Stayed here for two nights during my solo travel and absolutely loved the location. One side you have an incredible view of the stunning Seoul tower (so close) and across the street the bustling city of myeondong which is filled with shopping, street markets, restaurants, bars and more. I loved the convenience of the location being a minute from the train station, and so close to so much but also quiet. The only thing I didn’t love was the wet room bathroom, where the toilet, sink and shower are all combined with no divider so everything got wet when I showered and caused me to slip and fall. The space was really small and cramped, but for one person it was also just enough space. There was a small desk and chair, a mini fridge which I loved and a tv with Netflix. The bed was the comfiest one I had slept in during my entire Asia trip and the ac unit worked great. My checked suitcase was able to also slide under the bed when laid open so I was able to utilize the space. However the listing stated I’d have a city view which was entirely untrue, I had a fake window that looked at a brick wall so I would adjust that advertisement as that was a bit disappointing. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for travelers on a budget that still want a very clean and modern place. They also provide unlimited small towels and water bottles and tea

I ended up falling and hitting my head really bad because of the water spraying all over the bathroom and can imagine I’m not the first person that’s happened to. The location is just perfect!! 2-4 mins walk away from: Myeongdong street/underground shopping centre/streetfood/train station, airport limousine bus stop, 12-floor Daiso, and many cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. Between 10-35mins walk, you’ll reach Shinsaegae mall, Lotte Department Store, Myeongdong Cathedral, Namsan Tower, and Seoul Station. Self check in was easy (there’s a telephone with a number to call in case you need help). The room was small but it was amazing how they maximized the space (attached private bathroom, small fridge, side table with a small chair, big tv, A/C), while also providing just enough room to move around. There’s a common kitchen on the 3rd floor with free coffee, bottled water, bread and cereal. The walls were not fully soundproof but it wasn’t too loud either. Using the washing machine and dryer was free of charge. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to leave my luggage in the basement while I was travelling outside of Seoul for a few days. I had a great stay and will definitely come back!!! 크동안 감사했읍니다! 또 올게요!!

The family that owned the property were very friendly, helpful and nice. They spoke English and answered all of our questions. It is a great location. I would highly recommend it.
