Staff was super helpful and kind, they communicatef extremely well at checkin and even offered us multiple upgrades. The space was great as well, clean and all the necessary toiletries were supplied. Only minor complaint would be that the elevators were very slow, and the waiting area was not air conditioned so it was uncomfortable to wait there. But overall, we had a lovely stay with no major issues.

Staffs at reception were so welcoming. Luxurious, comfortable bed and bedding helped me to have sound sleep. Bed was so comfortable. Generously spacious room enable me to relax. I had very satisfied experience.

My colleagues and I arrived late evening for check in after a long flight and taxi ride from ICN. I was greeted by Ms. Jamie Lee for check in and both her and her co-worker were exceptional ! It is nice to have a friendly, patient team help get you to your room after a long day of travel. I would recommend this hotel anytime.
