직원 분들이 굉장히 섬세하게 투숙객을 배려해 주십니다. Thank you goes a long way. 라는 말처럼 말 하나하나, 작은 배려 하나하나가 이곳에서의 숙박 경험을 더욱 의미있게 하는 것 같습니다. 조식 뷔페도 메뉴 옵션이 다양하고, 음식 퀄리티도 매우 뛰어납니다. 영업을 시작한지 얼마 안 된 곳이라 청결함, 깔끔함도 상당합니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 곳이나, 단 한가지 흠을 잡으라면 방음이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 귀마개를 하고 잤는데도 복도 소음이 잘 들립니다. 호텔의 하루 당 투숙 가격 단가에 비해서 말이죠. 바닥재를 좀더 흡음이 잘 되는 소재를 쓰시거나 문이 좀 더 방음이 잘 되는 소재였다면 좋을 것 같습니다.

주차장은 좁은 편이긴한데, 주변 주차장과 연계해서 운영하기 때문에 체크아웃 이후에도 무료로 주차할 수 있었어요.
조식도 깔끔하고 메뉴 구성이 다양해서 만족스러웠습니다.

立地条件がいいし、スタッフなどの教育も行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができます。韓国式のお家やおしゃれなカフェなどにアクセスがよく観光を楽しむのに最適な立地だと思いました。建物も新しくて清潔で、非常にいい印象を得ました。次に全州に行くとしてもやはりこの施設を使うと思います。

숙소 위치도 너무 좋더라구요. 한옥마을이나 객리단길 모두 걸어서 접근할 수 있는 위치라서 다시 오더라고 신라스테이를 이용할 계획입니다

밤 11시 30분부터 2시까지 객실 투색객이 엄청 시끄러워서 잠을 못잤습니다. 객실팀에 연락을 했음에도 별 조치가 없습니다. 너무 힘들었습니다.

다른 신라스테이보다 객실이 좀 좁은거 같지만, 깨끗하고 좋아요. 새로 오픈한 곳이라 침구가 매우 편안하고 좋아요.
다만, 화장실에서 원인 모를 불쾌한 냄새가 나는 것이 단점입니다.

방음은 잘 안되지만 한옥 스테이보다는 낫습니다.
루프탑바 역시 뷰가 뛰어나지는 않지만 깨끗합니다
서비스는 무난합니다
12시 체크아웃 시간은 좋았는데
청소하는 소음으로 늦잠자기는 힘듭니다
