This might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at ever. The Custiner service was impeccable, shopping is a 20 out of 10, food options are endless. The view is amazing. I CAN GO ON FOREVER. This will probably be my go 2 whenever go back

Great hotel and awesome staff service. Great location and convenient restaurant and shops . Hotel is clean and smell good like walking to flowers garden. Breakfast was good and great view.

This is a wonderful property and ranks up there as one of the nicest I’ve stayed at.
I liked the view. The view from the 79th floor lobby or from the room depending what view you get, is breathtaking. The hotel is very modern, the staff are extremely polite and professional,

It was great modern and fantastic staff members who were willing to help & they were standby until late time. It’s great for shopping and lots of restaurants inside of building.
The building is located near the lake & cafe next to each other, however it is bit far from a city so I wasn’t able to explore local environments.
Overall it is extremely nice hotel, especially bathroom and toilet including room, it was set up with a very nice couch and a large twin shared beds.
Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place! You literally wake up overlooking the clouds! It’s very expensive but it’s an experience on its own, even if you stay for 1 night toward the end of your trip it’s like a cherry on top of your entire holiday!

Had high expectations that were exceeded by the actual stay. There are a lot of other hotels that are good in Seoul (like four seasons, park hyatt etc) but this was very very good
