the location is perfect, right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping area. Plenty of food stalls in front of hotel's door. Just walk 7 minutes from Myeongdong Subway station. The staff are super polite and helpful. Although the room is small, we are happy and will sure be back.

The hotel is strategic palace near Olive Young, 7 eleven, pharmacy, can buy simcard telephone. The food also complete, there congee house, yoogane dakgalbi, wangjibib, milky bee etc Definitely will go back to this hotel, love the area.

Great location for people wanting to be surrounded by shops and restaurants! Staff were responsive and assisted when needed in a timely manner. We requested for an iron and pillow which we were provided with.
Only negative was that the 3rd bed (triple room) was very hard.

The room and bathroom were very small. Two people, and it was very inconvenient to go to the bathroom and leave the room at the same time, and it was also difficult to put our suitcases away. Otherwise, the hotel was very well located, and the people who work there were very attentive.

Highlight of this accomodation was the location. Central to bus stops and subway stations. Also situation in a street where the markets are lively at night, as well as retail stores. The hotel room itself is comfortable. If there was one thing, it’d be that you can hear people walking down the hallways

Love this Japanese chain hotel, clean,comfortable and location is perfect, right in the middle of Myeondong. However, the etra bed is hard and not comfortable though.Hope can improve. We booked a triple room, the size is just nice for 3 of us.

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. It is in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and food night market. There are many restaurants in the area. However, the standard room is very small and the breakfast is not in the building. I chose this Japanese brand due to the high standard of Japanese culture but the breakfast is far away from the hotel. I’m waiting for my partial refund but it is being delayed by Expedia despite of my reply to Expedia with the proof of my payment. The Expedia recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages. Thankfully this hotel has very good service by the staff at reception desk. Thanks Sotetsu Myeongdong. We enjoyed Seoul.

In the heart of Myeong Dong nightlife. Lots of food stalls and shopping in the area. Thankfully, it's not too noisy as we went to bed at night but we were at the top floor
