This hotel room is lack of lighting. They provide only one bath towel for two people stay. Not enough of clothes hanging area. The checking hour is not convenient for the travelers (4pm or later check in time).

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

We stayed two nights for our trip to Everland and Caribbean Bay. The location was great. The room was spacious and clean for our family of four but there was a strong smell that lingered in the room. Thankfully, they offered a nice candle for the duration of our stay. The combination of the candle and a fan in the room, helped to alleviate the smell. Breakfast was simple but had a variety. It was nice to drop off our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time to play at Everland.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We took the family room and because we have two kids travelling with us, one of them had to sleep on the floor because beds are only for 3 people. However, it was ok as the floor was warm and bedding provided are comfortable. Even though parking is limited, we had no problems to get parking Every time. Highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is quiet, my daughter and I have a good night sleep. The hotel manager is very helpful & efficient, he came to our room very quickly when we called the front desk and told him we were having problem with the desktop computer and he helped us to fix it within minutes.
