Some of the Stuff in the room was broken but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Be warned! The review summary is misleading and outdated. Few reviews on this site in recent years, but check out Naver reviews (Korea's Google). The hotel seems to have gone downhill! We arrived at 4 pm to check in and they said our room was still being cleaned. Check in is 3 pm.We had plans, so didnt make it back until after 10 pm to check into our room and there was no info provided as the front desk did not speak english. Our bags were still in hallway rather than in secure location. The hotel was an absolute MESS as it is under construction. The elevator was filthy. The 5th floor hallway and steps were covered with construction trash & debris. We booked the room with the balcony and the room smelled overwhelmingly of toxic paint fumes. There was no remote to control the AC unit so we couldnt use that to help circulate the air. The room had not been cleaned well. There were 3 hairs in the sink and the overall unit was not clean. We were only provided one body towel for 2 people. We attempted to get another one from the front desk and there was no staff around to assist us. The tv remote was missing a battery and held together with tape. We were grateful to only have one night booked before checking out. There was no info provided on breakfast so when we made it down at 10 am, the lady said we were too late, even though there was a bunch of food still sitting out. Again, no staff available at the front desk to assist with check out so we just left. We won't be back!

It's been a great experience at suwon. we love the room, the location and the nearby bars and cafes.

This is the perfect place to stay near the Suwon Fortress. It’s close to both the walking path along the wall and all the cafes. The staff was kind and spoke enough English to help us checking in and even helped us at the self-service Emart connected to the lobby. The room itself is what we expected it to be for the price and being a typical Korean hotel. Very happy with our stay!

Good location near to highway ic and there are lpts of nice restaturants nearby. Hotel is ovetal okay tob stay a couple of nights but not recommemd for a long term stay

It was good for the weekend. Walking distance from food and sightseeing.

Hotel location is great, right next to cultural center and walking distance to shops, restaurants And the Fort wall and one of the main gates. Communication with the staff lacks as no one speaks anyother language than Korean. Korean Breakfast is adequate, however instant coffee should be improved.

Location was the best. You can see traditional Korean house. ' Hwasung ' castle is just around this hotel. Breakfast was simple but not bad. Actually, this hotel wasn't brandnew and wasn't clean to me. The price is very reasonable. That's the most important point.

I liked the padio area, it was nice to eat and enjoy the feeling of the wind.

Hotel Dono is a very nice, clean hotel located within a 5 minute walk from the Dongjangdae (Eastern Command Post) portion of the Hwaseong Fortress walls. However, when I checked in on 16 SEP, the hotel staff said that they didn't have a reservation for me with the hotel. I showed them my Orbitz confirmation # but they responded that they are not affiliated with Orbitz and I had to pay a 2nd time for the same room. Currently working with Orbitz to get this resolved but I highly recommend that you call first and confirm that a room is reserved under your name. The room itself was clean and had a great view of the fortress walls. Many restaurants, karaoke bars, and parks in the nearby area.

A nice hotel close to the fortress wall. Very good bed. All of the staff were friendly and the front desk people were very helpful in getting us taxis each day.

Ich esse kein Frühstück, deshalb nicht bewertet. Lage, Sauberkeit alles hat gepasst.

施設自体は古いのかもしれませんが、リフォームしてあり綺麗でした。一階に朝食がビュッフェで準備してあり、特に案内がなかったですがいただきました。大丈夫だったでしょうか？城門外に食べに行く元気がなかったので助かりました。スタッフさんも気さくな感じで好感が持てました。
