제주에 애견동반 웨딩스냅을 찍으러 방문하셨다면! 청담지민 6분거리에, 편의점도 5분거리에 있고, 개별정원에 실외배변견들도 아주 편하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 그리고 무엇보다!! 사장님께서 세상 최고 친절하셨고 연락도 잘 해주셔서, 맘편히 머물다 왔습니다 :)) 예신이도 다음에 제주도 오면 다시 이 숙소로 잡아달라고 하네요!

전반적으로 깨끗한 편이었고 세탁기 등 구비된 기계들이 좋습니다. 장기 스테이분들에게 추천해드릴 수 있을 거 같습니다. 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 기분 전환에도 좋았습니다. 그렇지만 청결면에서는 아무래도 보완할 부분이 있을 거 같습니다. 1) 환기가 잘 안되는지 침구나 방에서 특히 인조적 방향제 향이 너무 심했어요ㅠㅠ 체크인 전에 엄청 급하게 뿌려진 느낌? 부모님은 예민하셔서 계시는 내내 마스터방 못쓰고 더 작은방 쓰셨네요. 2) 화장실 싱크 물틀때 하수구 냄새 같은 냄새 많이 납니다. ㅠ 이건 단순한 문제는 아니고 건물 시스템과 연결되겠지만… 개선되면 좋겠네요. 3) 단독정원이라고 들었는데 갑자기 다른 층 투숙객이 들어와서 당황스러웠던… 잠깐 있었던 일이고 문제는 없었지만 다른 손님들에게 확실한 고지가 필요할 거 같아요. 그냥 주차장 쪽에서 들어올 수 있는 틈이 있어서 걸어 들어왔다고 하더라구요. 특히 가든쪽 창문들 다 개방 가능하고 노출 많은 구조여서 이점 보완해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그치만 다용도실, 특히 분리수거 시스템 너무 좋았고 전반적으로 정말 편리했어요! 신경쓰시는 게 느껴져서 감사했습니다.

비대면 체크인인건 알았지만 입실시 당면한 여러 문제상황에서 그어떤 도움도 받지 못했고 오후 4시부터 밤11시까지 유선통화 및 메세지 문의 모두 연결되지 않았습니다. 당일밤에 짧고 형식적인 사과메세지 1건 받았지만 정작 요청드린 문의에 대해서는 안내받지 못하고 나왔네요. 스스로 메뉴얼대로 잘 수행하시는 분들은 괜찮겠으나, 어르신을 모시거나 반려견, 아이 동반처럼 챙겨야하는 동행들이 있다면 멘붕 될 요소가 많은 숙소입니다. 비대면 체크인의 경우라면 더더욱 문의대응체계는 잘 갖춰놓아야 할것 같은데 말이죠. 얼마나 오래 방치되었는지 알수없으나 입실시 방이 너무 냉골이어서 보일러를 강하게 튼지 6-7시간 경과해서야 실내온도가 겨우 23도 되었습니다. 저희는 14시간 머물렀구요... 사진상의 전원주택같은 특별한 느낌 보다는 보통의 다세대 주택같은 숙소였으며 청결도, 서비스 모두 아쉬웠습니다.

Property owner was very responsive before my check in date. However, on the day itself, they sent me an email with a lot of instructions but without unit entry code details. I spent almost an hour panicking until I found another guest who was returning to his unit. Thankfully he spoke English and suggested a solution which worked! We tried calling the number given in the confirmation, there was an auto reply so no help there. Imagine tired and anxious, stranded in a strange land at 8pm! There is no air con in one of the bedroom, you need to open the window. Might be an issue in summer heat. For foreign guests, be aware of Korean size 'bath towels' they are hand towel size.

This apartment was so nice!! I could live here forever :) the property owners were very communicative and check-in was easy. They even have a dryer which made cleaning our clothes much faster! 10/10 would stay here again

모든게 너무 좋았습니다. 편리한 주차,접근성, 주변 시설(슈퍼)... 침구도 너무 깨끗했고 샤워기 수압,온수 다 너무 좋았구요. 아침에 일어나서 새소리 들으며 정원을 바라보니 너무 힐링이 됐습니다^^ 세탁기,건조기 등 편의시설도 다 갖추어져 있어서 정말 한달살이 하고싶은 숙소였습니다!
