It's very good price and staff are very helpful. The only negative is the noise

I stayed in Room 206, and overall, I would describe my experience as decent but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone sensitive to noise or odors. The building is located down a narrow, somewhat dirty alley where people often gather to smoke, especially at night. There’s also a karaoke below the property, which can make certain nights quite noisy. The building is not soundproof, so if you have loud neighbors, earplugs are a must. Unfortunately, during our stay, the room across from us was occupied by a particularly noisy group who talked loudly on speakerphone and moved in and out of the room until around 3am. Our room also had a persistent sewer-like odor, though running the ventilation helped minimize it. The room itself was smaller than it appeared in the photos but included a hairdryer, mini fridge and TV. The bathroom was spacious enough to shower without wetting everywhere. One issue was the air conditioning unit.. it was dusty, so I had to choose between opening the window (and dealing with cigarette smoke from outside) or using the AC and circulating dust. While I understand the property is budget-friendly, I do wish it were cleaner and better maintained. A "No Smoking" sign outside the entrance could also help reduce secondhand smoke exposure for guests.

He was helpful in any issues we had. It was a quiet stay. No real problems.

The room we booked had an issue in the bathroom, so he gave us two rooms to use instead. He was very kind and helpful. We had the place to ourselves for most of our stay probably due to the time of year. It was nice and quiet.

Dirty hotel and unfriendly staff! Not accommodating. Stay away from this hotel. Just a waste of money!

All good: good location staff is very friendly room is clean

Location is really good. Very accessible to trains and other means of transportation. Not a fancy hotel but clean enough for a budget stay.

Once we found the entrance, hidden down a side alley, we were pleasantly surprised. About 1 min walk from exit 4 of jongno 5 ga, the location was excellent. The room was small but very functional and clean. The staff were unobtrusive and communal areas welcoming and we'll kept. I would stay again!

よその部屋または共用室のタバコ臭が部屋に入ってきて、寒いのに窓を開放させざるを得なかった。居室にタバコ臭が入らないように密閉してほしい。

I thought it was quite adequate. If, like me, you're just looking for a place to sleep, I'd say it's a perfect value for money. Communication was very fast, and I think you could go out at night and take a walk, so it was a very comfortable stay for me. Thank you to the host.

別に問題はなかったのですが、3階でエレベーターはない、スタッフは常駐していない、コンビニが少し遠い、冷蔵庫が小さすぎる、部屋が狭い、部屋の清掃が有料など不便がありました。安いとはいえ、コスパ的には微妙。もう少しお金を出してサービスがいいホテルにしておけば良かったかなと思います。

スタッフの方は問い合わせをしたらすぐ返信をくれてとても助かりました。 ホテル自体は入り口のキーを開けるとすぐ階段で少し不便でした。 エレベーターがないと見たので、2階に泊まりました。 部屋はコンセントはたくさんありましたが、使えないものも多かったです。 タオルは時折臭いものもありました。 交通の便がいいのでお安いですしまた利用したいと思います。

2泊しましたが１度もスタッフの方が居なくてチェックアウトする時そのまま出ていいのかって不安になりました。

スタッフがほとんどいないのが気になりました。

民泊だと思って利用すれば、良いと思います

立地もよく、とても清潔で不明点もメールで解決して頂きました。

벽에 자국이 많아 전체적으로 깨끗한 이미지는 아니였습니다. 화장실에 물이 잘 안나오고. 건물 지하에 노래방이 있어 약한 소음과 진동이 있습니다. 위치는 좋으나 청결이나 소음에 예민하신 분에게는 추천드리지 않습니다.

とても良かったのでまた利用したいです

駅近、空港リムジンのバス停も近くてとても便利。言えば毎日タオルを交換してくれます。

訂吸煙房，結果是禁煙房。清潔用品原來不包括牙刷牙膏。插蘇經常鬆動令充電有困難，且十分危險。要求不高的話，整體上還可以的。
