Vistacay Hotel Worldcup

All the associates that I encountered was kind and professional. However, everything in this hotel was chargeable unlike other Korean hotels. That was just culturally different from what I experienced before. Their breakfast was good but pricey.

다소 좁음. 몇년전엔 씽글침대 1개 있던 방에 지금은 퀸이 들어가있음. 그러나 가격이 착해서 괜찮음. 옥상에 풀은 유아용수준. 목욕탕 온탕 깊이. 제주원정 경기때마다 이용함. 제주월드컵경기장과 가까워서 최상의 숙소임.

Good value. Room is basic but clean. Limited amenities during winter months.

Good the only thing is staff hard to communicate in english. Overall excellent.

Clean and comfortable junior suite especially for the price! Not lavish butnl does the job; Close to Emart and restaurants nearby. Only thing I wish was microwaves in the room. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to Vistacay!

Clean and comfy room. Good location. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The room is not really small, however, the edge of the bed is only 200mm from the toilet door, it is difficult to move around in the room. Despite it is cheap, it still not a good choice.

Nice hotel with modern design. Studio type and big space. Although not a very new hotel but everything maintained just nice. Clean room with big TV. Recommended to stay here.

Stayed for 2 nights. The only thing we liked about this room was the concept of the side facing toilet and shower cubicle because it maximized the space in the room. And it helped that there was something like a kitchen counter where we could keep our stuff and we could just pick it up before we left the room. But on the downside, the bed is beside a wall and the paint is peeling off terribly. It makes the room have a very worn down feeling. Plus the fact that I can actually face that wall while I fall asleep is a daunting image to boot. Bed was normal, not the comfiest. The next thing was the aircon- it is generally cold in Jeju especially at night but we still need ventilation. So even if you switch off the warming facilities, the room still starts to heat up because there is no ventilation. So it would really help if upon check-in, I am asked if I would like the air-con to be switched on. Because otherwise you will have to call the front desk and they need to come to the room to manually switch on the aircon. Another downside is definitely the parking space allocated. I think that for a hotel, a basic facility that it should have is ample parking space or a lot for someone who is staying in the hotel. But instead I ended up parking at something like a garage right at the end with a big sewer manhole cover. Definitely not what I want to see when I park my car and walk up to the hotel. Overall not worth the price paid but ok if you’re looking for a cheap hotel to snooze.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Ample basement parking. There's nearby CU and eatery including MacD.

It's a nice place in which some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It provided a clean and tidy place for us to rest, simple breakfast was quite good. May book again if will come Jeju

Overall, I would say its okay for what you pay. It's not expensive hotel, so you know what to expect. Bedding set and towels were fresh and the room was decent overall. We had no problem with parking our car. I know all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but I guess the previous guests had smoke in the room. So our room smelled like smoke, but that's not the hotel's problem.

nice hotel to family especially with children. close to e-mart, cheap restaurant. swimming pool was very warm and shallow so suitable to baby& kids. breakfast is so so.

Room is comfortable, near the restaurants, it's a nice choice!
