Room was way too small.

Very nice interesting hotel

I booked the most expensive room for two nights. I wanted to treat my family a nice room with an ocean view. As we walked in, there were two men behind the front desk whom I spoke to. One was tall, wore a long sleeve button up and the other man wore a tank with shorts and sandals. Very unpresentable. He was soaking wet with a towel around his neck. While I checked in, they told me last minute that we would stay in the 8th floor the first night and the 3rd floor the second night. This made me very confused. I booked the same room, highest floor at a costly price but we have to be escorted to a lower room? The hotel description does not say anything about being moved anywhere. They didn't give any discounts either. They told us that we have to stay in a lower room for the same price as the expensive room. What kind of service is that!? Moreover, my family and I were very tired of traveling for hours so, I tried to resolve it. All of the sudden, the soaked man raised his voice and repeated their last minute arrangent with me. As I try to discuss with him, he started to yell and throw hand gestures at me. His face was red, his sweat flew off and kept exposing his armpits. This unpresentable man had the audacity to do such action in front of my mother and kids present in the room. I concluded that I could no longer trust them to have my family stay under their accommodation. We left the premises and was denied a refund. What an absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.

If you like the trend to NO closets and NO drawers, you might enjoy this hotel more than we did. The good news was that the front desk staff was extremely helpful and there was always someone available who spoke English. The breakfast, though not included, was excellent. The not so good was that the maid service skipped our room on a day we did not return until late, their towels were way too small and the location was not convenient. We would not recommend this hotel.

머리카락이 너무 많았음

위치는 아주 좋습니다. 도보 여헹자도 충분히 이동할수 있습니다. 룸 전체가 작으며, 특히 현관이 너무 좁습니다. 냉장고안에 앞의 사용자가 먹다 남긴 생수가 들어있었습니다. 샤워기 호스에서 물이 새고있었습니다.

모처럼 아내와 여행계획을 세우고 철지난 바닷가로 결정을 했다. 동해바다 이곳저곳 관광을하고 이곳 호텔을 예약하게 되었는데.. 입구 들어서자마자 주차장 넓어서 맘에 들었고 로비 분위기 깨끗하고 무언가 정리가 잘 되어있는듯한느낌 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들 웃음띤 모습으로 손님 응대도 아주 친절하고 오랜 기억에 남을것 같습니다. 강추합니다 ^^*

위치가 주문진읍에 있어서 식사하기 편해요. 리뉴얼해서 깨끗해요. 직원들도 친절합니다

사실상 모텔에 가깝고 방이 청소가 안 되어 먼지가 너무 많아 변경하였습니다.ㅜㅜ

생각보다 더 깨끗하고 친절하고 마음에 들었습니다. 주문진 가면 여기만 이용할거같아요. 너무 좋았습니다.

접근성도 좋고, 편리한 곳이었습니다. 무엇보다도 깔끔하고, 친절해서 감사했습니다~

주문진 볼것없는 조용한 동네에 어울리는 평균치 이상의 호텔ᆢ시설들은 좀 낡았지만 대체로 만족함
