We loved our stay at this lovely apartment. Communication with the host and staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful. The space was great and the location was really convenient. Loved it.

The place was very clean and we were comfortable. The only problem was at night because it was warm and we opened the windows and someone’s child was screaming.

Amazing location. In the heart of so many restaurants and bars without being noisy. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no external windows, only windows that open to an interior court. A lot of hotel rooms don’t have windows that open but it’s good to know before u go.

Spacious studio apartment, well stocked snd good Internet. Nice firm bed. Located well for tourist attractions. Relatively quiet at night with shutters closed. A nice apartment overall.

Great central location. Walkable to endless restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff very responsive on the booking app and allowed us to check in early.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we instantly felt like family! The penthouse unit is so beautifully laid out, and the architecture is historic and unique. I highly recommend staying here since there's a washer/dryer, clothes rack, kitchen, and lots of space to work and relax. There are many grocery stores nearby which makes being here so convenient, lots of cafes, restaurants, the art district, specifically the Prado, and such an incredible

Spotless, fantastic location, good night sleep dispite the accommodation being right on a party street but might disturb others on weekend night. Good communication too.

We love our stayed, Very clean very spacious …

This is flat 101, first floor on the street side. It was clean, bed/sofa bed were comfortable. Location was good, but see later about noise. Flat had all essentials. However .....the stay didn't start well. Firstly, we had trouble getting through the front door. The check-in instructions were wrong. There was no gatekeepers desk etc. We found the keypad by the door but the instructions did not say the code needed to be ended with a # and had to be helped by a passer-by. We then tried to use the lift but ended up stuck in it and had to be rescued by a chef from the next door cafe and another building occupant. The room was cold unless we had the air con/heating on most of the time. The balcony doors did not close completely and were draughty. The main problem however was the noise from the street. On Friday and Saturday the noise from the club across the road continued until 3-4am. The noise was particularly from people leaving the club. Voices were so loud it was possible to hear every word. On other days when the club was shut the noise wasn't as bad but we could still hear voices and traffic until midnight or later. There was also noise from other occupants of the building. this all meant that we had really badly disturbed sleep. Other issues: Broken hinge on kitchen unit door Bolt missing from washer/dryer door Light on stairs did not come on until you were half way down and the small top step was a problem in the dark.

Room is smaller then in the pictures the bathroom is tiny.

A hidden gem! Excellent location and great sized space. Rooms and amenities were perfect for our short stay. The staff were helpful at keeping us informed of checking in and how to access the apartment.

The place was clean if more than a little bit weird. We were told we could come early but when we arrived the code we had been given didn't work. I contacted the person responsible who had simply forgotten to enable it early. Great location. Room was ultimately okay. We did not cook or use the kitchen in any way, but it was there.
