Wonderful property with any servicing needs handled in a timely manner. (Another resident must have phoned in about elevator being out. It was being fixed before we even noticed)!

Lovely apartment with perfect location. Very clean and comfortable.

It was centrally located. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Check in was so easy and good communication with Domi. It was located in the Bario de Las Letras. Great place if you want to be where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Would definitely go back. 5 stars for sure.

Ideal location - walking distance to culture (museums), and nature (Retiro Park), amazing taverns and restaurants, and shopping too. Warm, friendly staff. Try the Casa San Juan (ground floor of the building) for Spanish food.

Great location.

Huertas is a full of life micro center. Lovely bars and restaurants in the same street. You can walk to almost everywhere from there also.

Great place, close to everything in Madrid. Spacious apartment. Good facilities, dishwasher, clothes washer, good shower. Not far from train station.

The owner are really nice people. Excellent communication. I will back soon.😊

Localización es súper pues está en el centro, a pocas cuadras de la puerta del sol y de estaciones del metro. Muchísimos restaurantes y bares a pocos pasos. El apt es pequeño pero muy bien amueblado y con suficiente espacio para acomodar ropa y equipaje. Responden muy rápido por texto.

It was a comfortable stay and the property has everything we need. Close to everything as well

Staying in this apartment was the worst part of my trip and it ruined my family’s Christmas. We noticed an awful swear smell in the entire apartment on Christmas Eve and the smell was so bad on Christmas Day that we had to leave the apartment and find a last minute restaurant because we could no longer celebrate Christmas in the apartment. The owner didn’t even care to remedy the situation or to give me any credit for my troubles. I have never seen such incompetence from a host…the location was good but THE PLACE WAS A DUMP. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! To top it off, our Uber driver was robbed in front of the apartment when we were leaving for the airport. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was great! The place was good, a bit small but comfortable. The only thing is that the toilet had some kind of odour. Overall was good.

We had difficulty contacting the property owner when we arrived. Called 11 times before they answered the phone or any of our texts. It was very stressful.

Perfect location Only one little Tv Bathrooms are way too small There's no room for anything The wood on the floor has a lot cracks (openings) There's a restaurant on the first floor We were on the 2nd floor Would make the whole apartment smell like seafood We killed 2 cockroaches Too much noise from the restaurant Friday night 11:45pm can't sleep!

I liked the fact that it was more spacious than a hotel room. Even though it overlooked the street it was quiet. I liked having a refrigerator.

This place was good enough for my needs at the end of my trip to Spain. I stayed 3 nights. Strange layout to the apartment, but I was aware of that from the reviews of others. Being in the attic apartment, I was aware that the slanting roof and beams may present challenges for my 6’7” frame, and I was not wrong. Each bed was somewhat difficult to crawl into/out of, though kind of like a belfry cave for actual sleeping. There were a couple narrow steps to get up into the bathroom, which did not have much counter space at all. The shower was small but good water pressure. I appreciated very much the washer/dryer combo, especially after YouTubing how to use it. A sheet of instructions for use of the washer/dryer would not go amiss. Location of the apartment was excellent, right near Plaza Santa Anna. I said hello to the property manager who was outside smoking a couple times, as well as when he came out of the elevator, but he did not ever reply until the last day when I was leaving, which I thought was odd. I assumed he just didn’t like Americans. It was a fine value for the price, d/t location and washing machine.

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Loved having the second bathroom. The area is perfect. So close to almost everything. I will definitely try to stay here again when we have the chance to return.

The studio I stayed was clean and spacious. It has a tiny balcony. Location can't be better everything is walkable. I'll come back when i visit Madrid again.
