Apartamentos Marthas

Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it. I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff.

Mrthas Apartamentos is grate value for money and in a good location to local amenities with Palmanova beach only a 10 minutes’ walk away and bus stop just around the corner with links to other beaches, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. Buses also to Palma Airport and Palma with links all over the island. The team at Mrthas are very welcoming and helpful, we shall be staying there again in the near future.

The WiFi was shocking. Only got decent coverage by reception. Also Reception opened ( sign on front desk) 10am 14pm. When I checked if they had an email address to confirm time of arrival I was told no email only you had to ring Martha's Apt directly Place lovely location very quiet especially around the pool area which was what we wanted. Just disappointed on WiFi only to catch on news etc. Thank you

Martha's could be a nice little place to stay, if only it was updated. The rooms are shabby, appliances is the kitchen have short leads and only one power point at hand, so you can't make toast and a cuppa at the same time!! The bathrooms look tired, stained walls. On a positive the living area is big, nice balcony with sea view (in the distance). We were visiting a family member in the area so it was convenient for us to stay, but not somewhere I would have chosen otherwise.

Hotel has gone through some r cent refurb on shown in website and for value for money we were delighted and have booked again to long in four weeks time. The pool was clean, great temperature and perfect for kids. Rooms clean and tidy, but a little old fashioned, but hotel only minutes from beach and restaurants. Staff very helpful on day shift, but has 24 front desk and ones on nights do not speak that good English, but Didn't find that a problem.

we stayed at Marthas for a week and we found the room very spacious, we had a kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchen. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and our room needed updating but it didn't bother us as we don't stay in the room for long. It is a 10 min walk into Palmanova where you will find lots of restaurants and bars. We only had a little time around the pool which we found to be relaxing and quiet. It was good value for money

This was our 2nd year staying here, very reasoniable priced and located 3 mins from beach and 10 mins walk from Palmaova beach.. super maket is 2 mins walk just opposite and many local shops and food places in walking distance.. Pool is small but nice and clean rooms. Very happy and will recommend to anyone..

This complex is within easy walking distance to Palmanova and Magaluf which has a lot of nice bars and restaurants. It is close to a small quiet beach.

Great price and lovely helpful staff. Close to everything and a five minute walk to beach. If you are not bothered about five star luxury then these little apartments are perfect. Would definitely book again.

The apartment is perfectly located: 5min from a small (but cute) beach, close to a bus stop (that takes you to Palma and to the airport in ~35 min) and across the street from a supermarket. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. It's a quiet neighborhood and I appreciated the absence of noise.

Did exactly what we wanted & expected Will use again

Read several reviews and was quite worried as to what to expect! Didn't look much from outside but apartments were spacious clean and staff very pleasant! Only downside was not enough sunbeds by the pool which is easily rectified as enough space for many more! Great value for money and would defo stay again!

Lovely time we spent , with nice rooms for that price, great hotel staff, close to the market

We had a good experience, stayed 7 nights and hotel was quite clean and located in a very good location. Self catering apartment has decent size lounge with dinning area and good kitchen. Bathroom good size (however our toilet was leaking but they got it fixed) bedrooms are ok sized we had 2 small bed which was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 5 and 7) mattress and pillows very uncomfortable :( that's the only down sized.. Whole apartment was air conditioned and has a decent sized balcony. Outdoors pool was decent size but less sun beds so have to make sure we were there early to grab some sun beds. Staff very nice and welcoming and always help us with whatever we needed. Location of the hotel is great, only 3 mins from small beach and 10 mins walk from palmanova main beach. A super maket is only across the road which was so Handy. The supermarket was So close that you can see that from our balcony. As the hotel is only 1 mins from main road it was very handy to catch buses and taxes too.. some decent restaurants around the hotel too to grab a quick drink and food if you don't want to walk 10 mins to the beach front. Western water park and kartmandu park only 10 mins in bus (104 and 103), the same buses take you to magluf and Santa Ponsa which was great and only cost €2 euros. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone for the price what we paid it was a great bargain and would only say that hotel should change the beds and mattresses..

Clean room not a 3 star it's a 2 star and you pay 10 Euro for remote control no English Chanels that's not good

A short taxi ride will get you into a busy area. Nice and quiet place.

Lot of people complains in the review. I think they are the kind that's loves to pay peanuts and expect something like a resort. This place is pretty nice for the value ! Very good location, with a lot of parking space on the surrounding area for free. Also, closer of many supermarkets like LIDL, Pharmacias, ATMs, bars, good beaches like Magaluf. The only bad thing is the Internet. You must be very in front of the reception desk to use the free wi-fi. The pool is very in front of the reception desk, but on the pool you don't have signal anymore. Looks like proposital ! a shame in fact. That's the reason I will not give a full overall.
