Mrthas Apartamentos is grate value for money and in a good location to local amenities with Palmanova beach only a 10 minutes’ walk away and bus stop just around the corner with links to other beaches, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. Buses also to Palma Airport and Palma with links all over the island. The team at Mrthas are very welcoming and helpful, we shall be staying there again in the near future.

Hotel has gone through some r cent refurb on shown in website and for value for money we were delighted and have booked again to long in four weeks time. The pool was clean, great temperature and perfect for kids. Rooms clean and tidy, but a little old fashioned, but hotel only minutes from beach and restaurants. Staff very helpful on day shift, but has 24 front desk and ones on nights do not speak that good English, but Didn't find that a problem.

This was our 2nd year staying here, very reasoniable priced and located 3 mins from beach and 10 mins walk from Palmaova beach.. super maket is 2 mins walk just opposite and many local shops and food places in walking distance..
Pool is small but nice and clean rooms.
Very happy and will recommend to anyone..

Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds.
The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it.
I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff.

The WiFi was shocking. Only got decent coverage by reception. Also Reception opened ( sign on front desk) 10am 14pm. When I checked if they had an email address to confirm time of arrival I was told no email only you had to ring Martha's Apt directly Place lovely location very quiet especially around the pool area which was what we wanted. Just disappointed on WiFi only to catch on news etc. Thank you

Martha's could be a nice little place to stay, if only it was updated. The rooms are shabby, appliances is the kitchen have short leads and only one power point at hand, so you can't make toast and a cuppa at the same time!! The bathrooms look tired, stained walls. On a positive the living area is big, nice balcony with sea view (in the distance). We were visiting a family member in the area so it was convenient for us to stay, but not somewhere I would have chosen otherwise.

Die Zimmer hatten viel Platz.
Der Kasten hatte sehr gute Kleiderbügel.Die Heizung war speziell. Sie befand sich an der Decke und gab warme Luft ab.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal. Da es Nachts etwas frisch war, stand die Hoteldame mit 2 dicken Daunendecken, für die Kinder, an der Zimmertür : )
Betten waren ok. Zum übernachten ausreichend.
- wir haben bewusst ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Leider hat es doch sehr nach "kaltem Rauch" gestunken. Was wahrscheinlich, am in die Jahregekommenen Mobiliar gelegen hat.
In der Küche haben wir auch einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Toaster und Mikrowelle waren vorhanden.

+ Ilmainen kunnallinen parkkipaikka hotellin vieressä.
- Huoneistossa oli epämielyttävä haju. Tehotuuletus täytyi pitää aina kun oli hetken poissa ja ovet kiinni. Keittiössä oli todella niukasti varusteita. Paistinpannu oli surkeassa kunnossa. Vedenkeitin rikkinäinen ja paksussa kalkissa. Kaapistojen ovet roikkui saranoissaan ja liukuovet pudonneet kiskoiltaan. Kaipaisi kyllä kipeästi remonttia! Tupakansavu kantautui huoneeseen myös muilta parvekkeilta.

we stayed at Marthas for a week and we found the room very spacious, we had a kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchen. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and our room needed updating but it didn't bother us as we don't stay in the room for long. It is a 10 min walk into Palmanova where you will find lots of restaurants and bars. We only had a little time around the pool which we found to be relaxing and quiet. It was good value for money

This complex is within easy walking distance to Palmanova and Magaluf which has a lot of nice bars and restaurants.

Hotellet er slitt men under oppussing. stor leilighet med ok madrasser, deilig med badekar. Ligger sentralt til ved Merkadona, buss og taxi :) grei gåavstand til spisesteder og strand. veranda med morgensol :)
