Great location - near to a cafe, supermarket and metro stop and only a short walk right into the heart of Madrid but keeps you away from the hustle & bustle to give a quieter hub.

The hotel is well placed for the metro and for getting into the heart of the city. The staff on reception were really pleasant and helpful, especially around the air con which kept turning itself off. The standard of the room was high for this price bracket with bright, comfortable furnishings and a spacious, clean bathroom. The cost of hotels in Madrid seems pretty high, but this felt like a very good find!

Very comfortable bed and pillows- tight on space around the bed and no room to leave suitcase open; I had a sigle occupancy room hence that might be the issue. I had a room on the back so it was very quiet. Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Toiletries provided.

Overall a decent hotel. I’d stay here again. WiFi was good. The standard room was large and newly refurbished. A large bathroom. Close to the Metro and grocery stores a Carrefour and Lidl. A couple things: no safe in the room, the AC temp was set by the front desk reception and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from warm to cold in the morning. Overall good value.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Many interesting places were walking distance from the property. I wish the room itself had been cleaner and in better condition but overall, it was okay. Only spent time in the room to sleep and shower.

The place was nice but very small for 4 people. We didn't mind since we were just staying the night. There was a lot of people out and around near the hotel way past midnight but it wasn't too noisy. Very hot in the room and could not adjust the central air. Daytime temps in Madrid were over 100 degrees farenheit. We understood that the air conditioning didn't go on till we were in the room but it took a long time to cool down. Overall we had a very nice stay for one night. The staff were wonderful!!

Room could use a dusting and floor washed, but linens and bathroom clean. Ants in the bathroom, which didn't bother us. Efficient use of small space for comfort. Nice to have a hot water kettle to make coffee/tea (provided) and the biscuit and bottle of water are nice addition.

We had an absolutely excellent experience at Crosstown Hotel. What stood out the most was the staff—so kind, professional, and attentive! Special thanks to Juan, Juan Manuel, and every other Juan who helped us—they were all incredibly courteous and made us feel at home.
The hotel itself is spotless, very clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable—close to great restaurants, beautiful churches, and all the major spots in Madrid.
I highly recommend Crosstown Hotel 100%. If you're visiting Madrid, this is the place to stay!
