Casual Arriaga Bilbao

The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!

All very seamless. Well located to all amenities in Bilbao. Interior room had a window but no view. Would book a view next time. My mistake. Very clean, well serviced. WiFi problem but rectified promptly.

Didnt realize there was no AC in room. Really hot and stuffy. Open patio door for better airflow but really noisy from foot traffic, construction, night club until 2am

Taxi driver dropped us at the nearby Arriaga Theatre, probably due to language issues. Then we walked across to the Arriaga Hotel opposite - again the wrong place - they told us to go around the corner! Tip would be to look at the address of the hotel you get given as it’s just a few metres up a paved street not far away from both those places and the road. The code to get in was the same for front door, first floor and room which was a bit weird but it worked. It is next door to a little shop (a bit like boots) and close to the river to get a 60min cruise and easy to walk to the Guggenheim which is excellent.

Great location situated in the old town, by the river and near to bars & resteraunts and buses, trams, trains and taxi's. The accommodation is a suite with no reception area, so you require an access code to enter the main street and room doors. But approx. 50 yards along the street on the right hand side (next to El Txoko stake resteraunt), their is a Casual hotel and 24 hour reception desk, situated on the buildings 3rd floor. They were very helpful and stored my bag whilst I awaited my 2pm check-in. But they also arranged to send me my access code by 12.30pm for an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a bed only and ideal location stay.

Location is great! The room very clean and has everything you need. The communication with staff via WhatsApp was very convenient and clear and they were very helpful. The only minus in this property is the sounds of people upstairs and the ones in the rooms next to me. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear everting all day long. In the nights it’s tricky. You need earplugs if you don’t wanna hear your neighbors snoring or having s*x lol

Clean, quiet, modern, no-nonsense place in the heart of the old town Bilbao. Convenient to bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We loved the quick communication by text and WhatsApp, and the very easy no-key checkin. If there are problems there is a partner hotel a few doors down with registration staff but we never needed them.

Excellent location in old town. Room warm and cosy and quiet. Within easy walk of all local land marks Would stay again if ever in Bilbao.

Nice little room for my three day stay. Located in an area filled with amazing bars and restaurants.

This is a very clean, tidy budget accommodation which I’m so pleased we booked. It’s ideal for exploring both the old and new areas of Bilbao in a lovely quiet street, close to the river. It has key pad entry which takes away the worry about keys with towels changed and bed made everyday. I would certainly recommend and hope to visit again.

Great location, easy check in, well equipped. Should you want a room with an actual balcony so you can sit and look outside make sure you are clear about this. We had the deluxe double with balcony ad shown in photo we thought. Sadly it was an internal balcony with windows not shown in photos.

Hotel is pretty basic but has all that is needed for a couple of nights stay. Location is perfect
