　この施設は　トラム、Ｂｕｓの停留所から至近で何処へ行くにも便利。　目的だった飲み屋へは隣接。　雨の多いこの時期　天候にかかわらず楽しめた。 　良くない点は　施設からの連絡が殆どスペイン語で何か理解出来なかった。　チェックインの場所が離れた所にあり　入り口のベルさえ押せなかった。　たまたま通りかかった方が　親切にその場所まで案内してくれて 手続きが出来た。　フロントマンの対応は問題なしで その後の利用には　特に問題なし。　 また　機会があったら利用したい。

Good sized room and bathroom in central location in the Old Town to enjoy the many bars and restaurants in the area.

- Låg väldigt bra till med gångavstånd till det mesta man vill se. Incheckning med kod som skickas till dig. Internet bra. Kylskåp och tv på rummet. Toa/dusch hade infravärme (!) på timer - riktigt skönt om man är frusen av sig! Som vanligt på många spanska boenden, är det lyhört, men det blev tyst efter ca 22. - En väldigt bra affär precis bredvid med i stort allt man behöver och lite till. Bra priser! - Nära till metro, spårvagnar och bussar.

Excelente localização, quarto limpo, com elevador para acesso, cama confortável. As únicas críticas são em relação a não ter estacionamento, o que a descrição do local engana, e ao colocarmos esta questão para a hospedagem, foram um bocado condescendentes conosco.

Ubicación: muy céntrico, justo en frente de una biblioteca, lo que lo hace especial, se llega con facilidad a los atractivos de la zona. Habitación: más grande de lo que se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio y con buen gusto por el detalle y la decoración, las escaleras de acceso son muy lindas. Servicio: Facilidad de acceso con chapa inteligente para entrada a edificio y al cuarto. Cuenta con mini bar y horno. Sugiero una papelera o bote en la estancia.

Nous n'avions pas reçu les codes d'accès à l'hôtel lors de notre arrivée. Après plusieurs appels, nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre. La chambre est très confortable pour 4 personnes.

Excellent position (in the middle of old town), easy to access and check-in, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!

Fantastisk by, område og gade. Blev overrasket over, at alt lukker kl 10. Lidt et minus at der ikke er aircon på værelset, men det vidste vi :-) vi havde 5 dejlige dage i Bilbo og kommer helt sikkert igen

All very seamless. Well located to all amenities in Bilbao. Interior room had a window but no view. Would book a view next time. My mistake. Very clean, well serviced. WiFi problem but rectified promptly.

Didnt realize there was no AC in room. Really hot and stuffy. Open patio door for better airflow but really noisy from foot traffic, construction, night club until 2am

Prima accommodatie en hartje centrum oude stad.

Taxi driver dropped us at the nearby Arriaga Theatre, probably due to language issues. Then we walked across to the Arriaga Hotel opposite - again the wrong place - they told us to go around the corner! Tip would be to look at the address of the hotel you get given as it’s just a few metres up a paved street not far away from both those places and the road. The code to get in was the same for front door, first floor and room which was a bit weird but it worked. It is next door to a little shop (a bit like boots) and close to the river to get a 60min cruise and easy to walk to the Guggenheim which is excellent.

Great location situated in the old town, by the river and near to bars & resteraunts and buses, trams, trains and taxi's. The accommodation is a suite with no reception area, so you require an access code to enter the main street and room doors. But approx. 50 yards along the street on the right hand side (next to El Txoko stake resteraunt), their is a Casual hotel and 24 hour reception desk, situated on the buildings 3rd floor. They were very helpful and stored my bag whilst I awaited my 2pm check-in. But they also arranged to send me my access code by 12.30pm for an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a bed only and ideal location stay.
