The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean throughout and very comfortable. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.

Room AC was very noisy and not cooling very well. We informed Front Desk the next morning, but they never fixed it. We come back to the room after sightseeing all day in warm humid weather on our last full day and housekeeping shut off the AC in our room which put our room over 80 degrees F (26.9 C) and humid, we turned the AC back on and called front desk twice before they finally sent up a maint. person. They checked it over and played with the controls a bit then said the unit is pretty loud, I told them yes we know as we reported it but no one fixed it. Maint. then said on low its not as noisy, but that would take forever to cool the room. I asked how long would it take to get the temp back down as quickly as possible, as it was near 11pm. He said 10 minutes on high (Noisy), after 10 minutes dropped only to 26.6 C, and would drop by 0.3 after every 10-15 minutes. We were not able to fall asleep until about 3am when the humidity and room temp was finally cool enough to fall asleep. The hotel offered to have us change rooms at about midnight, on our last night. But the new room didn't have the AC turned on yet as a vacant room and we would have to grab all of our things and reset everything in another warm/ humid room. Terrible Management & Customer Service

Flight cancelled and showed up late, the staff was so kind and even gave us drink vouchers. The room was extremely comfortable and private. Carolina helped me check out with ease!

El hotel esta bien ubicado limpio y buena atencion pero el aire acondicionado,no enfriaba lo suficiente , ademas nonseble ocurra yomar la caba del bar ,hiper caro €15 por una mini botella

The hotel and staff were ok. Staff were nice, room was enough for a night, but area in front of hotel very questionable. It’s not a far walk to a better neighborhood and dining.

Easy to get around Madrid from this location. Plenty local businesses near to hotel. Metro station very close. Easy walking to Sol and Plaza Mayor, restaurants etc

Quiet twin room with plenty of room between the beds. Big bath. Walkable to Prado and Old town.

Staff were some of the most professional and courteous I have encountered. Excellent room. Good value. My only complaint is that their featured photo gives one the impression there is a rooftop pool. Well the "pool" as small and about a metre of water. Not for swimming as I had hoped
