We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.

when we arrived there was no electricity and no food given to us upon request however some staff who was “Dani” had provided us with some sandwich.. I had complained and never got me another room aa things were not working fine.. Other staff dining staffs and bar boy was excellent and a great support!!!! others were also later on good

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We paid extra for a terrace balcony and pool view, instead we got a view of a dirty roof and could not see the pool even in the distance. Also our WIFI did not work at all in our room, we tried on 3 different devices. Because of this we incurred a large data bill from my mobile provider. I complained to the hotel about the wifi and the view but they said there was no room available. I then emailed later asking for at least reimbursement for this extra data charge and I received a very rude email response staying that their wifi is perfect, despite my providing images and screenshots proving the issue. The bathroom look clean and new on the website images but the marble has yellow stains on it and the bath had marks and looked as though has not been thoroughly cleaned. I'm overally very disappointed with our room, the wifi and the customer serivce. I waited a week and a half for the team to email me back after chasing up twice, only to receive a rude email response. I woud highly recommend to stay somewhere else in Cala Bona and NOT this hotel.
