Hotel rooms were dated & little tired, the air conditioning was poor. Definitely not a 4* hotel in today’s market, probably was in the 1980’s! Don’t upgrade your room, they are all virtually the same, not worth the extra money! Good location & facilities, food was on the whole fine, staff were all excellent!

Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food.

Buon hotel senza ne infamia ne lode, il parcheggio più vicino è a circa 3-400m ed è molto ampio. L'hotel è diviso in due blocchi e bisogna attraversare una stradina per accedere alla piscina, la posizione è buona ma non eccellente. Buon livello di pulizia

Bel hôtel bien situé. Chambre un peu petite avec le grand lit qui prend toute la place. Nous avons rencontré un cafard dans la salle de bain. Par contre l'hôtel accepte les chiens pour encaisser 25€ de plus par nuit, mais il n'est pas pet friendly. On ne peut accéder à aucun service avec le chien. Nous voyageons avec un petit chihuahua de 2kg qui n'est pas accepté dans les parties communes de l'hôtel. Même au restaurant, les deux premiers jours nous l'avions dans les bras le temps de rejoindre la terrasse, mais à partir du 3eme jour on nous a dit de rejoindre la terrasse par l'extérieur de l'hôtel...

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es ist ein schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel.

Die Unterkunft war freundlich eingerichtet, aber such etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dem Publikum entsprechend ruhiger ausgelegt und ausgestattet. Eher für Gäste ab 50. Ansonsten schön gelegen und gutes Essen.

Overall our stay was pleasant, hotel itself is situated in a great location, breakfast choice was great, dinner choices limited and the rooms needed a bit of tlc and more updated. Staff however were very friendly

Hotel war im allgemeinen in Ordnung, war etwas komisch vom Gebäude her, da man über eine kleine Straße musste um zum anderen Teil des Gebäudes zu gelangen in dem sich der Pool befand. Aber haben direkt ein Zimmer Upgrade mit Meerblick bekommen und im allgemeinen ein super Zimmer mit modernem Bad gewesen. Essen war doch schon sehr Engländer lastig, aber von denen hat’s dort auch einige in dieser Gegend. Ist nicht negativ gemeint aber noch einmal würden wir nicht noch einmal hingehen, da es mit Sicherheit schönere und bessere Hotels dort gibt in der Nähe.

Essen war mittelmässig, jeden Tag das gleiche, Fleisch nie durchgebraten, Essen oft kalt. Ringhörige Zimmer und nachts sehr laut.

We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.

Great experience. Good locations with a beautiful ocean view from our room & the service was excellent!

I found the hotel very dated and not well maintained. The gym was not what it seemed in the photos which was disappointing. There wasn’t any weights on the rack and wasn’t even a bin for dirty clothes or sanitary wipes for the equipment. I made a few attempts to use the pool but it was always crowded and is way too small for the amount of people in the hotel. The night entertainment, bar staff and hotel staff were great. The bed was comfortable but the room did smell bad when I first got in but I got used to it. Hotel staff will say I should have asked for another room but I was too exhausted and tired of moving so I stayed.
