Everything excellent, recommended

The hotel was centrally located. The accommodation was satisfactory. The breakfast was to be desired. Storage for after hours was horrible. There was no secured lockers available, we had to store above the lockers. Luckily there were cameras that made us feel a bit better.

Super clean, comfy bed, room well sound insulated shower very good. Enough fluffy towels. Pleasant staff. And a surprise of small breakfast offerings.

The location is great ~ walkable to many Madrid locations. Simple room, okay for a night of sleep. Heads up, you need a code to enter the hotel that was not provided before we arrived. We had to wait for other people to come out of the hotel to let us in for check-in. Then at check-in we received the door code. They could do a better job by communicating the front door code in an email BEFORE the guest is standing in front of the hotel, locked out.

Location, staff was great only thing was the air conditioner. We needed to request to adjust the air conditioner, if you come late you you be out of luck to fix this

The CC Opera hotel is very centrally located but on a side street. Our room was surprisingly quiet given being at street level, spacious and clean.

The room was very clean and the overall experience was great. Considering the central location on the price point, we did not mind staying in the sub basement hotel. In the nicest possible way, it looks more like a wine cellar perfect for a few nights stay.

We loved how this place was like a little oasis in the wall of a building. Once inside it felt very new and cared for. The brick is a nice touch. It is very close to many sites, restaurants, and transportation. One thing we wish was different was the breakfast time. Due to our schedule, we were there late enough for breakfast one day out of 4. The breakfast was good when it was available.

Last minute booking in a superior double room and was pleasantly surprised. Room was huge, clean, and modern. Unbeatable location. Only drawbacks were that I could definitely hear other rooms and hallway noise, and that I didn’t receive my check in code

Staff was helpful, make sure you check-in in advance hard to get into. Well designed, and pretty. There was an odd odor in the building, but it is a bit below ground level, seems to be a thing in Spain. Very cute design. Breakfast area is cramped in the morning. I would skip the breakfast, and go get it elsewhere.

Very close to everything in downtown and easy to walk to. Rooms looked brand new and very clean. Highly recommend staying here will stay here again if I come back.

I got to the hotel at 12 asked if it’s possible for early check in. He said no. Which is ok. I had a walking tour that I had to leave at 1:30 so I rent the locker. That cost about 8 euros Because check in time is at 2. While I am charging my phone and waiting for my phone to charged. There are few people checked in. I might be there for 30 to 40 mins. I walked over and asked how come others are ready but not mine. He said, oh yes yours is ready now. I was like I am sitting in front of you and he had no Intention to let me know my room was ready and I wasted my $$$ to rent the locker which I didn’t need to. Location is great and room is clean but service was not good. Or they don’t care.

Excellent! The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Puerta del Sol yet its immediate surroundings are quiet. There are plenty of eateries within a block or two. The room/bedding was very clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff is friendly and responsive.
