AC did not work, the room smelt of sewage and the staff did not offer us another room.

Apenas o ar condicionado pareceu não funcionar muito bem, mas no geral a hospedagem foi muito boa.

Ótimo custo benefício. Não se trata de um hotel convencional. Recepção funciona com atendente das 6h às 24h. No entanto, o acesso por código é 24h, tudo é muito simples e bem explicado, os atendentes são muito gentis. O quarto que fiquei era enorme (cama quenn em um quarto e ainda havia um segundo quarto com mais duas camas de solteiro, embora fôssemos apenas um casal). Máquina de snacks e bebidas na recepção. Café da manhã é muito simples, mas isso para mim não é um problema. A máquina de café, no entanto, é uma dessas Nescafé/Nespresso de ótima qualidade. Localização muito central, a 200/300 metros da Puerta del Sol e a mesma distância, mais ou menos, da Plaza Mayor. Pelo custo X benefício, lugar perfeito. Voltaria com certeza.

Otimo custo beneficio. Localização nota 10. A 5 minutos caminhando da Puerta del Sol e da Plaza Mayor. Acesso por códigos com recepcao que funciona de cedo até a 0h. Cafe da manha é muito simples com o básico, mas sem ovos, salsichas e outros itens quentes comuns. O quarto contém duas camas de solteiro num comodo, com mesa de escritorio, e uma cama quenn em outro. Ficaria novamente pelo custoaXbeneficio.

Clean hotel and rooms. Didn’t have breakfast. Close to the attractions. Good place.

The area is very well located, close to many attractions and fun areas. The building is nice. However, the staff was not very friendly; except for a couple of people, there were three people who were not very polite. Also, when I expressed my discontent upon arrival because I had not received instructions for accessing the building, the woman interrupted me and had the nerve to tell me to breathe and calm down. I was not agitated and did not appreciate her patronizing me. Also, breakfast was mediocre to say the least. For 18 euros, there were a few slices of bread, no fruit or almost no fruit at all, and no boiled eggs. A very small tray with ham, cheese, and chorizo, which was rarely resupplied. When I asked for it to be refilled, I was told that people had already eaten. Also, breakfast starts too late. 8:30 is late in most hotels. Lastly, there were a couple of large cockroaches in my room, and I brought this to the attention of the receptionist. Her response was not one of surprise, and she stated oh well, it happens. For the price of this hotel, this should not happen. So location-wise, this is a wonderful stay, but it can improve breakfast and politeness.

Location perfect near where it all happens and still quite. Room small but it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure, rain shower and hand nozzle which as a plus size person it was perfect. Near the Opera metro stop

Si habia muchas tiendas cerca. La habitacion siempre se arregla en las mañanas. El personal fue muy atento a las necesidades de huesped.

You cannot enter without having a code and you won't be given a code until you check in. I am not sure what the management is thinking in terms of how guests can check in without getting inside! Other than this problem the stay is very good and very close to all major attractions. Hotel is maintained exceptionally well.
