Good place for a short stay in Madrid

Ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid, a pocos minutos del metro. El self check-in/check-out facilita la autonomía y la flexibilidad. Instalaciones limpias y tranquilas, y un personal muy atento y comunicativo

You book and pay and then they send you an email in Spanish to check-in but honestly who checks their emails right away. Then the geolocation is about a block away so you are scouring the block trying to find the hotel which is very stressful. Finally they WhatsApp you to tell you in English to secret address of the property. Btw their phone number listed was for an unrelated hotel so you’re calling an international number for nothing. Then they explain you have to check-in virtually in order for them to give you the codes to enter. So you’re checking in on the street (good thing it wasn’t raining) and then they give you the codes. Totally stressful. Then they continued to send you emails in Spanish rather than in multiple languages

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has the wrong location on Google and I spent almost an hour with the Uber driver going up and down the street. The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that!

The room was ok. Dreadful place to find and hard work getting in via a what’s app service centre.

Everything was ok just to remark that there is no elevator

Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time.

If you don't like stairs or full-size beds, this one is not for you. The location is great, not far from Palacio Real and other places. The rooms were clean, but trash was not collected during the 4-day stay.

Description is a little off. Maybe instead of a double bed they should say it one bed for 2. A little desceptive and definitely too small for 2 people. One person max for this room

Squeeky clean, great value. Have no reception, so it's an online checkin on phone, they really need to improve the door access and timing of the doors, very difficult to get in with luggage.

Great clean and quiet place, only thing is getting in as there is no staff, how to get the buzzer working, and had hot water issues on two occasions.

The room was very small. Third floor without an elevator.

Great location

One minute from Tribunal metro station. Lots of bars, cafes and shops on door step. Room very clean. Bed so comfy. Powerful shower. Air conditioned. Would go back. Cudnt find at first as not well signposted but it’s next to the tattoo shop. Kebab shop at end of road is delicious.

The password provided to join the WiFi network never work.

Really difficult check in process. A WhatsApp message was sent just as we arrived but the place is very hard to find - the address was only given to us as we got to the general area. Entering the building is impossible. There is a series of bells to ring and time the automatic opening of the two interior doors to the apartment block but this took multiple attempts to work. Others staying there had the same issue. It involved numerous messages and attempts to get in, I think it’s a person on the bell who lets you in but honestly we tried 10 times to enter - super frustrating. Once you are in the rooms and space is great- basic, modern, clean and adequate despite being very small. Shame about getting into the building! Also if you struggle with stairs, there’s a lot in this building.

Hot water stopped working on last morning there but other than that it was perfect. Great location and lovely room.

Very small room perfect for a one night stay. Don’t panic if you don’t get the access code emailed to you 24 hours before your stay. We got ours 15 minutes before the 2 pm checkin time on the day of our stay. Be sure to follow instructions in the earlier virtual checkin email and send your identification information before your stay. There is no front desk and staff at this hotel.

Beautiful and clean. Check in instructions were slightly confusing, but otherwise a great stay.
