Excelente ubicacion

Logement très petit, et pas bcp d'équipement (pas de frigo par exemple, donc en plein été pas d'eau fraîche)

No me atendieron con la verdad hasta el ultimo momento no me respondieron con unas condiciones mias perdi mi dinero no me resolvieron

Excelente ubicacion, excelente servicio de la chica que me atendió via telefonica, todo perfecto! Ademas fueron tan amables de darme 45min extra para salir

Muito boa estadia, fácil de pegar as chaves e muito bem localizada

Ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid, a pocos minutos del metro. El self check-in/check-out facilita la autonomía y la flexibilidad. Instalaciones limpias y tranquilas, y un personal muy atento y comunicativo

Elevador

Por el precio versus ubicación es una opción excelente. Por supuesto es bastante pequeño y no es cómodo subir 3 niveles cuando llevas mucho equipaje pero en general es conveniente NO OLVIDES textear al whatsapp directo detallado aqui en la aplicación de Hotels.com porque tienes que hacer checkin o no sabras como accesar.

Albuergue tutto nuovo, pulito funzionale. Terzo piano senza ascensore vicino a la metro e tranquilo.

You book and pay and then they send you an email in Spanish to check-in but honestly who checks their emails right away. Then the geolocation is about a block away so you are scouring the block trying to find the hotel which is very stressful. Finally they WhatsApp you to tell you in English to secret address of the property. Btw their phone number listed was for an unrelated hotel so you’re calling an international number for nothing. Then they explain you have to check-in virtually in order for them to give you the codes to enter. So you’re checking in on the street (good thing it wasn’t raining) and then they give you the codes. Totally stressful. Then they continued to send you emails in Spanish rather than in multiple languages

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has the wrong location on Google and I spent almost an hour with the Uber driver going up and down the street. The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that!

Pour court séjour. Je me suis retrouvé sans électricité les deux premiers jours. Malgres mes tentatives de contact je ne sais toujours pas comment c’est revenus .. peut être sont ils passés ? Les oreillers étaient tachés et le matelas imbibés d’eau sur la moitié du lit.

Custo benefício excelente, localização melhor ainda. Porém temos que subir três lances de escada e na primeira noite tive que tomar banho frio com a temperatura externa e 7 graus.....
