Nice apartments in a good spot in Los Cristianos. Nice and quiet at night too. Only downside is there's no air conditioning or fans and at the hottest time of the year its a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again, maybe not in August.

Upon arrival we were checked in pretty swiftly however we were given an apartment right at the end of the complex and there was only one we were in and one way out which took around six minutes from entering the complex is proved to be an absolute nightmare. We were woken up every morning by the Cleaners dragging The laundry trolleys across the payment which sounded like a jet taking off. There was a lot of noise from the neighbours every night and morning I would stay here again only if it was the only option but maybe in a better part of the complex where there is less noise and you don’t have to hike to get there.

Good setting for families or friends. Pool, club house. Restaurant. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartments are spread over a large area and if you are staying in one of the higher number apartments there is a long trek to the entrance/exit as this is the only way in or out of the complex, there is another gate at the far end near to the higher number apartments but this is always locked. If you have difficulty, definitely ask for a lower number apartment at the point of booking, we asked when checking in but was told they were fully booked. We stayed half board, the food was ok, evening meal was better than breakfast. If visiting again I would probably opt for room only as eating out in Los Critianos is very reasonably priced.

A lovely stay! Accommodation was very good but only the news available in English on TV. Pools were lovely, generally a quiet environment and easy access to everywhere.

Our apartment was dull and run down. Only good thing was that it was close to the beach

Really enjoyed staying here and would return again. On arrival, we upgraded to a room with air con which was great - room as very big, kitchen dated (but perfectly fine), rest was modern, big balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel complex was very big - 3 pools to choose from, great location, 24hr mini market 2 min walk away, lots of ramps to get to rooms. Highly recommend.

Good location clean apartment needs updating

We had a great stay at Checkin Bungalows. The Property was clean, it had 3 pools spread across the site and the entertainment was fun in the evening. I have seen some negative reviews, but our experience was great. I think if you have children it would be a good affordable option, as there is also a football pitch and basketball court. There are some paid pool and air hockey tables also. We went half board and the food was hot and fresh, it is three star so the food can be a bit basic such as chips, pizza, ice cream, but there is some alternative varied options as well. We did eat there every day, but you may want to mix it up and go out for dinner (they let you swap dinner for lunch, if you speak to them!) all the staff were really friendly, I found it to be a good location (some hotels are really far up a hill!). I would definitely come back. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because our room didn’t have air conditioning.

There was one receptionist who was not at all helpful and was in the wrong job. Whatever you asked she argued for something else. The rest of the staff were fine. Depending where your accommodation is,there can be a lot of steep stairs that are not at all easy with a suitcase. It was clean, comfortable and where we were quiet. Nearer to the bar was noisy. In a good location for the resort.

The room was spacious as was the balcony. However the bathroom snd kitchen units require modification. Staff on reception were very helpful.

Property was really bad , on arrival staff were rude , room was not like advertised was old and dated loose tiles undermanaged simple , bathroom made room stink like a sewer . The smell was horrendous. Bathroom was very cramp and had like a tumble dryer in it as well no window no ventilation . Fist day at breakfast seemed ok and supper that day . We were half boarded . But then became very clear as days went on there was no choice and nothing for children at all so beware . Food was of bad standard cheap if the cheap bland and disgusting the only thing I can say was ok was the toast but they never made that . The swimming pools had missing tiles that they never even attempted to replace . If u want council then this is the place for you not fit for purpose . After reading this be very warned it’s no joke u will be very disappointed , better accommodation at same price . Shame on u check-in bungalows poor poor quality and can I just add not enough tables in restaurant but u can dine in the entertainment area which is bad bad not even grout between tiles and they give u plastic garden furniture to dine with stay clear

Amazing location and good food 😄👌

2nd visit in the last 3 months, this time brought family along. Improvements are being made to the resort where it is a bit dated. Safety for COVID is very high & staff very friendly/heloful. Location is great, close to beach, restaurants & bars. Will come back again as soon as I can.

Very disappointing !!No air-con .... wardrobe smelt of urine and major building work going on !

Staff were helpful and friendly. Buildings in need of repair, and building work going on.
