Our room was burgled and 2 ipads and my wife's bank cards stolen.

Nice place to stay, and they managed to turn down the horrible music at the pool - that was nice

Veldig lite hyggelig dame i resepsjonen. De er lite løsningsorienterte og serviceorienterte men grei leilighet.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enkelt lite nedgånget men trevligt.

At first when we arrived we wasn’t even greeted they didn’t even take us to our hotel room with 4 suitcases two toddlers and a pushchair they still put us top floor there was rubish all round our hotel entrance which I was disgusted about

Nice apartments in a good spot in Los Cristianos. Nice and quiet at night too. Only downside is there's no air conditioning or fans and at the hottest time of the year its a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again, maybe not in August.

No comment at all I don’t choose this hotel no more rt Cockroaches in room.

The check-in was quick, friendly, nice stuff on reception, bar, restaurants, good service, 3 pools, 2 Billard at the bar area something more

The apartment was lacking appropriate kitchen utensils, which made it difficult to prepare food and even do the dishing (missing dishwasher liquid and sponge/brush). Very nice bathroom with spacious shower. Sloping terrace was a bit awkward for outdoor breakfast. If you bring a dog you have to leave it in the room if you opt for the breakfast buffet (would have been nice with some outdoor seating area where dogs are allowed). It's a large hotel area with only one entrance, so quite a walk if your room is at the far end.

Upon arrival we were checked in pretty swiftly however we were given an apartment right at the end of the complex and there was only one we were in and one way out which took around six minutes from entering the complex is proved to be an absolute nightmare. We were woken up every morning by the Cleaners dragging The laundry trolleys across the payment which sounded like a jet taking off. There was a lot of noise from the neighbours every night and morning I would stay here again only if it was the only option but maybe in a better part of the complex where there is less noise and you don’t have to hike to get there.

It‘s a scam! The room was big, but ugly and gross. Our door opened out of nowhere one time, so I did not feel very safe as well. I would not recommend this accomodation further.

Good setting for families or friends. Pool, club house. Restaurant. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartments are spread over a large area and if you are staying in one of the higher number apartments there is a long trek to the entrance/exit as this is the only way in or out of the complex, there is another gate at the far end near to the higher number apartments but this is always locked. If you have difficulty, definitely ask for a lower number apartment at the point of booking, we asked when checking in but was told they were fully booked. We stayed half board, the food was ok, evening meal was better than breakfast. If visiting again I would probably opt for room only as eating out in Los Critianos is very reasonably priced.

Hotellet var gammelt og slitt. Leiligheten var dårlig utstyrt, kloakklukt på badet, internett virket ikke. Skifte av sengetøy og handklær var bra. Svømmebassengene på området var veldig små, men greie solsenger rundt bassenget. Underholdningen på dag og kveldstid var også bra. Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten, kort vei til stranda og sentrum. Pris pr natt var alt for høy i forhold til comfort og servise

Good location, let down by non existent " free WiFi"

Super God beliggenhed og venligt personale. Hotellet var rent og morgenmadsbuffet rigtig god. Hotellet trænger kraftigt til en make-over… det er noget slidt
