Clean & comfortable & in very central location. However we did not anticipate how noisy it would be into the very early hours! We got very little sleep!

We had a great experience

The apartment itself was nicely designed and well located, which makes this experience even more disappointing. On our first night, from around 11:30 PM until approximately 1:30 AM or later, there was continuous noise directly outside our room: repeated door slamming, loud conversations, and a verbal confrontation in the corridor. Reception was already closed, so I had to call the emergency number provided by the property. Although someone was sent, the disturbance continued and we were unable to sleep properly. What disappointed me most was not only the incident itself, but the way the complaint was handled afterward. After requesting compensation for the severely disrupted first night, management minimized the situation, described the request as “nonsense,” and even accused me of “blackmail” for mentioning that unresolved experiences may be reflected in reviews. I understand that noise issues can happen anywhere. However, professional handling of guest concerns matters just as much as the incident itself, and unfortunately that was lacking here.

The location was very convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful. Staff turned off the air conditioning when they serviced the room. No wash cloths provided. Wouldn't provide extra towels stating it was policy. No facial tissues provided. Limited toilet paper. The ascetics were four star quality. But, the "Policy" to provide the bare minimum was very disappointing; more like 2.5 star quality. We had to go out and purchase wash cloths and Kleenex (facial tissues).

The location is perfect for a couple of nights in the centre of town. Clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet. Disappointed that no bottled water was supplied but otherwise no complaints.

Dark and dingy apartment overlooking a courtyard … cockroaches in bathroom… was off putting!!! Not great kitchen facilities so need to eat out. but spacious and excellent location. Nice to have 2 toilets.

Location was very centric. With that said… the noice of the area was unexpected.

Fantastic location. Clean and well appointed although the complimentary coffee and creamer was a bit mean. 2 small creamers and 4 sachets !! I’m being really being picky as the location outweighed any thing else . I would definitely stay again ! and cl

Really great position and a fantastic apartment

We experienced a 16+ hour power outage during our stay at DeBambu Hotel in Málaga. When the power went out, we were told to wait until the next day— which is absolutely unacceptable. No lights, no fridge, no phone charging, no AC, etc. We had cheeses and other food in the fridge, which all spoiled. The hotel promised a full refund (we have written proof) but pushed us to Expedia. They’ve since ignored all refund requests, and now Expedia is considering cancelling the claim due to no response from the hotel. This is a clear failure in service and responsibility. We will be escalating this further. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We entered the Apartment to check in with the front desk, to find that the Elevator was not working. The front desk person carried our three suitcases up three flights of stairs. We then entered our Apartment to find the entire Apartment was full of cigarette odor, I couldn’t even breathe! They are suppose to be non-smoking Apartments, another words it is prohibited to smoke in any of the units. They were full and could not move us to another apartment. We called Hotels.com and they were going to relocate us to another Apartment, but it was farther away from the City Center. We finally after much delay, left the Apartment so they could clean it again. We also had to wait for the elevator to be fixed. We left and returned, it still smelled like cigarette! They offered us no discount or compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend staying here!

Great studio in the centre. We have stayed here before so booked again and it was just as good. Staff were helpful and the studio was bright and clean.

Although I spent only one night, the hotel Is so conveniently located near all all the attractions, so I was able to see and do a lot.

Amazing apartment right in the centre of Malaga . Great value and spotlessly clean .The man on reception on Sunday afternoon was excellent really friendly . We only stayed one night but i'd go back without hesitation.

Excellent location. The room was very modern and clean ! Very centrally located. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend !
