酒店位置方便，旁邊已有很多商店及餐廳，步行幾分鐘，就可到附近food market，另外幾分鐘便可行去大街，有巴士站去機場及火車站。工作人員有善，會主動給地圖及為你介紹景點。房間內廚房及厠所都整潔。

这个酒店一切都好，地理位置很好，在市中心，到哪里都方便，前台服务也很好，免费WIFI,适合家庭出游，唯一不足就是停车很贵，记得好像是24欧24小时。

Great service, great location in the heart of the city, big spacious rooms.

Clean & comfortable & in very central location. However we did not anticipate how noisy it would be into the very early hours! We got very little sleep!

We had a great experience

The apartment itself was nicely designed and well located, which makes this experience even more disappointing. On our first night, from around 11:30 PM until approximately 1:30 AM or later, there was continuous noise directly outside our room: repeated door slamming, loud conversations, and a verbal confrontation in the corridor. Reception was already closed, so I had to call the emergency number provided by the property. Although someone was sent, the disturbance continued and we were unable to sleep properly. What disappointed me most was not only the incident itself, but the way the complaint was handled afterward. After requesting compensation for the severely disrupted first night, management minimized the situation, described the request as “nonsense,” and even accused me of “blackmail” for mentioning that unresolved experiences may be reflected in reviews. I understand that noise issues can happen anywhere. However, professional handling of guest concerns matters just as much as the incident itself, and unfortunately that was lacking here.

The location was very convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful. Staff turned off the air conditioning when they serviced the room. No wash cloths provided. Wouldn't provide extra towels stating it was policy. No facial tissues provided. Limited toilet paper. The ascetics were four star quality. But, the "Policy" to provide the bare minimum was very disappointing; more like 2.5 star quality. We had to go out and purchase wash cloths and Kleenex (facial tissues).

The location is perfect for a couple of nights in the centre of town. Clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet. Disappointed that no bottled water was supplied but otherwise no complaints.

Dark and dingy apartment overlooking a courtyard … cockroaches in bathroom… was off putting!!! Not great kitchen facilities so need to eat out. but spacious and excellent location. Nice to have 2 toilets.

Location was very centric. With that said… the noice of the area was unexpected.

Hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa.

Séjour de 4 jours en février, à deux, dans un des petits studio, au premier étage. L’appartement donne sur la ruelle mais aucun bruit. C’est d’ailleurs le côté parfait du logement : dans le centre ancien mais dans une rue très calme. À 10 minutes à peine à pied de la station Centre Alameda ( donc 21 minutes en tout de l’aéroport). Pour le reste, l’appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif. Personnel à l’accueil sympathique. Bilan très positif.

Fantastic location. Clean and well appointed although the complimentary coffee and creamer was a bit mean. 2 small creamers and 4 sachets !! I’m being really being picky as the location outweighed any thing else . I would definitely stay again ! and cl

Huoneisto oli erittäin hyvässä kunnossa ja erittäin hyvin mietitty. Hotelli oli hiljainen ja ilma hotellin sisällä oli hyvä, sekä suihkussa riitti lämmin vesi. Ainut ehkä pieni miinus puoli oli, ettei huoneistossa ollut parveketta. Muutoin

Kamer was mooi en centraal gelegen, alle voorzieningen waren daar. Alles was schoon en geluidsdicht. De badkamer was ingericht voor lange mensen, haakjes aan de deur hingen veel te hoog om bij te kunnen en hetzelfde gold voor de douchekop houder. Ook was de douche slechts afgeschermd met gordijnen en niet met een deurtje of strips op de grond waardoor de hele badkamer nat werd.
