We had a view over one of the pool on the 3rd floor. The rooms are in different buildings which we liked as restaurants were in several of them. Buffet food was good but particularly liked the street food area. Burgers, Italian and tapas. Our room did have a drains issue smell at times in room 1353. We put a wet towel over the shower waste and that stopped it.

The room was decent, the shower kept leaking and we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to shops and restaurants, that was a plus.

Thank you for a perfect stay I have stayed on many parts of the island and have stayed in palma nova torrenova and Calvià around 15 times over 30 years and this is by far one of the best huge selection of food / drinks staff amazing maid 5stsrs location central but away from crowds beach over the rd lots of sunbeds highly recommend

My room didn’t have the air conditioning working properly. Only part of the vents were workings in the ac and a bit difficult to sleep in the hot weather. My safe wasn’t working and had to request to replace after a few attempts and it took a while. Out of the two elevators to 7th floor one was broken for more than a day and had to wait for a long time for the lift. Staff were friendly but the hotel need to up their standards and more efforts need to be put into maintenance. It’s a very good hotel in a good location

The hotel in general was decent enough wit three swimming pools and couple of bars and the hotel is about 150m to the beach. The room we’ve got was not very well maintained( for unknown reason we got an handicap room) no chairs to sit, Water from the shower flooded everywhere in the bathroom, one of our bed was wobbly and unstable. House keeping didn’t change the bed sheets for 5 nights and didn’t care to fill up the coffee/tea bags as well as you hear people talking and sometimes screaming out side of the room. we asked for an upgrade/ change but the answer was its fully booked. The staff are pleasant. Need better

Location was fine and staff was nice. Unfortunately there was no laundry facilities for guests. We asked multiple times and never got a straight answer from staff about laundry availability. Then we’re finnaly told they would do it for 2.5 euros per piece. Would’ve cost hundreds of euros to do a load of laundry. Secondly, the air conditioning was not turned on for the most of the stay. It was about 80 degrees F (26C) on average. They said it wasn’t summertime yet so the AC wasn’t turned on. That’s great, accept it makes it hard to get good rest when the room is very hot. The AC did come on for our last night there. They must’ve decided it was now summertime. Overall an OK hotel but if I were to go again id look for somewhere else for the reasons mentioned above

Don’t stay here! It’s NOT like the Dreams Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean Not as described Not on the beach No beach set up - lounge chairs or food or beverage service Staff Not Accommodating !!! Actually Rude! We booked the best suite available in the Preferred Category…Not worth it DO NOT do the All inclusive because you WONT want to eat there Our room service was never delivered Our bed was not set up as twins as we had requested even after we requested them remake it - it was never done I wanted an information booklet in our suite about amenities/ room service / gym classes etc - was told they didn’t have on They said they have 4 restaurants on site - No it’s one serve yourself room with 4 types of food you can order on your phone via an app. This was a terrible shock we only ate at dreams for one meal! The preferred lounge mini bar was locked until 12 noon everyday - that meant NO Diet Coke to start my morning! Never stay here!!!!!!

The hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into Palma/the airport. Room was big and overlooking the pool. Lots of choice for food, however, the setup of the street food dining area downstairs needs more staff/explanation of how it works. Also, one day we waited 1hour for lunch at the Oceana restaurant and staff were openly stressed and unhappy. Entertainment staff were lovely, others need to be a bit more aware of customer service. All in all a good stay and would come back! 😊
