Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä! Huoneemme oli respan talossa, 3. krs. Huone oli tarpeeksi iso kolmelle hengelle, parveke oli iso ja näkymä kaunis rauhallisemmalle altaalle. Huone oli siisti, minibaari täytettiin joka päivä ja se kuului hintaan. Meidän talon aamiaisravintolan terassi oli ”main poolin” vieressä ja näkymä oli todella kaunis! Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Allasohjelma mukava ja iltashowt tasokkaat! Sijainti on hyvä, taksi ”kylille” maksaa 3-6 e, bussit (myös lentokentälle) kulkee läheltä. Rantaan on ihan lyhyt matka (ne auringonnousut!). Olimme vain aamiaisdiilillä. Kaikki kylän ravintolat ja palvelut olivat auki vielä 20.10. ja ruoka oli erinomaista joka paikassa. Kokeile rannalla Crazy ufoa, se oli mahtavan hauska aktiviteetti :) Viereisiin kyliin/rannoille kävelymatka. Hyvät ja turvalliset jalkakäytävät, mahtavat maisemat ja upeat 23-25 astetta lokakuussa. Kaikki puhuvat englantia. Ihana, rentouttava ja helppo loma!

Staff: Mixed feelings really.. Upon arrival we did not really feel welcomed. We had a somewhat confusing explanation of the hotel, went through the normal Breakfast: Good selection, good coffee included in the price, the juices were extremely sugary, and needed to be watered up so we could drink them. The food was room temperature (eggs, sausages etc.) which I did not like, so I ended up using the microwave oven to warm up the food.

The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful. The hotel and its various pools/restaurants were always clean and tidy. The food at the restaurants was varied, but wasn't really that great. The view from our sea view room was great. The TV in our room could've been better by connecting it to the internet, because we only received a couple of British and Italian tv channels and no possibility of using netflix/youtube. I sound a bit harsh, but the experience was great overall and I would recommend for anyone looking to visit a big hotel with many fun activities like karaoke and parties.

Requested a twin room, given a double, no option to change even though the hotel wasn’t full, reception staff talking in Spanish and quite rude, I won’t be returning .

Très bon hôtel. L’option tout inclus en preferred club est parfait. Très bon petit déjeuner, buffet correct (pas assez chaud), snack à l’Oceana avec une carte délicieuse. Bon cocktail. Différents restaurants. Équipe d’animation au top, l’équipe française et internationale sont intentionnées. Les piscines sont sympas mais pas chauffées. Plage à moins de 5min à pied. Très bon séjour 😊

There are two separate buildings that everyone can enter without any consent until reaching their room door, as there is a public pathway and staircase between the buildings. It would be better if access to the rooms and restaurant area were more controlled. In terms of service, it was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the staff asked for the room number at the restaurant, but most of the time, no one asked anything. They didn’t replace both bathroom towels — only one was left in the room, and we had to request a second one. In general, the finishes are not great, and it’s noticeable that the hotel is quite old. Breakfast, however, was excellent — plenty of options and great service.

We had a view over one of the pool on the 3rd floor. The rooms are in different buildings which we liked as restaurants were in several of them. Buffet food was good but particularly liked the street food area. Burgers, Italian and tapas. Our room did have a drains issue smell at times in room 1353. We put a wet towel over the shower waste and that stopped it.

The room was decent, the shower kept leaking and we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to shops and restaurants, that was a plus.

Thank you for a perfect stay I have stayed on many parts of the island and have stayed in palma nova torrenova and Calvià around 15 times over 30 years and this is by far one of the best huge selection of food / drinks staff amazing maid 5stsrs location central but away from crowds beach over the rd lots of sunbeds highly recommend
