They were very accommodating and allowed us to use the room when we arrived early from our flight. We liked the property and everyone was nice and helpful.

The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Avoid this place , at least my room the carpet is from 1940. Very old everything inside room , jus two electric outlets . if you're lucky You will get one of the renovated room, the lobby look like a Human Resources old factory. The only better thing is the location , across the RIU hotel And Plaza de Esoańa
