The hotel was walkable and on the center of tourist attraction.

Everybody working at the front desk was amazing.

They were very accommodating and allowed us to use the room when we arrived early from our flight. We liked the property and everyone was nice and helpful.

The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very old property that is and has been under renovations for several months. They have no idea of what customer service means.

Amazing ubication, the hotel was clean, but nothing special (everything is old)

The reception clerk was arguing loudly with the head supervisor of housekeeping on the phone in front of us for like 7 minutes, while he he was processing our room assignment. It was very uncomfortable. He was apparently upset. Other than that, property Is clean, housekeeping staff is super nice and the location is spectacular. Good bargain. Is dated but in good conditions. Make sure you get all the information before you include your Breakfast Buffett.

Avoid this place , at least my room the carpet is from 1940. Very old everything inside room , jus two electric outlets . if you're lucky You will get one of the renovated room, the lobby look like a Human Resources old factory. The only better thing is the location , across the RIU hotel And Plaza de Esoańa

Apartment hotel but kitchen not well stocked. A kettle would have been nice. Soundproofing for outside (Plaza de Espana) but not so much between rooms.

The location of the property was close to hop on hop off buses as well as local transit (metro and bus). Easy to get anywhere in the city without any trouble. There was a festival going on in the park across the road giving lots of entertainment for our stay.

First problem was checkin was absolutely terrible , they tried to tell me that I had to pay again for the room even though I had a receipt showing them I paid . After a half hour they finally found my reservation . I have to say there was a bad smell in the hotel and when I got to the room it looked absolutely nothing like the photos . Very old and out of date . I was very disappointed especially with this being a fairly expensive 4 star hotel . I would not stay here again

can't use their wi-fi at all, no way to get hooked up. when we checked in the front desk clerks were not friendly

Me encanto super cerca de todo caminando, el staff excepcional, buen costo, definitivamente volveria, me toco una habitacion con vista a plaza españa, lo unico es que las alfombras azules las deben de eliminar y si el aire no se puede prender por las temperaturas dar la opcion de un abanico portatil no decirme abrir una ventana . De todo lo demás lo recomiendo

El lugar está excelente. Los cuartos muy limpios y el presionan amable.

Location was good, close to the Palace, many dining options, shopping and Metro stations. The shower was wonderful with great pressure, really hot water and a rain shower head. Also, had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Our room faced a busy street, but we could not hear any traffic.
