Fabulous, great restaurant

Nice and clean, only that I don’t like it .. the peoples greetings you only smiling to peoples wearing coats… lol like us they just looking of us like surprise stay in they hotel.. don’t judge people from they look! Some time the regular people has a lot more than they look good but used credit card hahahshaaaa but the rest all this hotel is good 👍 I like it

It’s a great hotel , with great staff

The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities are out of this world. The place made me feel like I was James Bond. The rooms are very modern and the provided toiletries are appreciated. The restaurant staff as well are top notch, next time I’m in Spain I’ll definitely be staying here !!!

Fronts desk staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Room service food was great but they did not know much about their own menu and were not open about room charging. Overall good experience, room service has a bit to work on to be great.

Overall the stay was nice. Hotel is clean and room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. Could've had better hot food choices and we had to find our own coffee; server never came to tabel.

It’s quite expensive, and the advertising is misleading. The pool is promoted as being included in your stay, but in reality, it costs €30 per person for just a 45-minute reservation. The bar is also disappointing, with limited options and several items on the menu unavailable. Overall, the property is elegant, but overpriced and not as advertised.

modern hotel

Always great quality and consistently great service

We had to change rooms twice to get one with working air conditioning. Didnt get to bed until 1am because of all the craziness. The AC panels look like they were installed in 1982 - totally useless. If you want to be able to control your room temp, avoid this hotel.

Great stay at the Eurostars! I booked a massage tower fusion at the spa and this was the best massage I had of my life. Great experience!

Spacious clean rooms

The staff is very friendly except one. After a long day and flight, we checked in and went for an early dinner so we could go to bed early. When we arrived at the hotel after dinner, the room was unbearably hot. I called the desk and they sent someone up. We needed to move rooms which was fine. We moved rooms and in the second room the tv didn't work. They sent a guy that fixed it but didn't add the internet to stream. We moved rooms again. The third room was not getting cool. The guy came up and put the temperature probe in the vent and showed us the probe, it was not cool. Then he stuck it completely in the vent at a different spot and showed us a picture on his phone of the right temperature. We could feel that the air was not blowing at all. We called the desk and started that the air is not blowing. I was told that the air is working fine. I said that is not correct since the second room was much cooler. I was then told that not all the air-conditioners at the hotel work the same. At this point, we were so exhausted and just needed sleep. I woke up sweating all night. In the morning when I went outside, it was terribly upset by how cool it was outside compared to my air-conditioned room. I called to get a room change. The person that answered the second day was rude when i called. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry that I expected to have a working air-conditioner and tv. We were give free breakfast but it doesn't make up for the gaslighting
