Feelathome Ventas Suites

Great!

Yeh room was very spacious, clean, and located in a quiet part of town. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The room was clean and modern. Shame about lack of natural lighting in the ground floor. We did not realise ground floor meant basement. The shower was powerful but did not drain well so you ended up standing in a pool very quickly!

Comfortable for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay!

Negative: 1. The unit was tiny! It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. 2. The neighbours were extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to relax — even late at night. The weekend was terrible, full of shouting and loud music, although weekdays were a bit quieter. 3. The fridge doesn’t have a separate freezer compartment, so if you lower the temperature, everything ends up frozen. Positive: 1. The main transit stations (metro, bus, etc.) were within walking distance. Grocery stores like Mercadona and Dia were very close by, which was convenient. 2. The communication was also good. They send you an app (web app) to open the entrance and the room door. No need to pick up/drop off keys. My recommendation: The neighbourhood’s accessibility to transit is excellent. However, I strongly recommend finding a different suite for your stay — this one just isn’t worth it.

I highly recommend this place! Very cute and practical, great and seamless service and I wish I am able to stay a bit longer. Will definitely come back to Feelathome next time.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and the location was conveniently located near a grocery store as well as the Ventas metro station.

Paloma is wonderful, the place is clean, and has everything needed. I wish I could've giver a tip but I had no euros. The area is called VENTAS because of the plaza the toros, ventas is an ok area, very close to Salamanca neighborhood either walk 15 mins or take an uber for 5 to 7 mins.

Amazing stay staff was great a place was tidy!

Overall, I like the property. We stayed 3 nights. But they don’t offer cleaning nor provide any cleaning supplies. It is a bit mess towards end of stay.

Small but comfortable apartment. Pros: everything you need. Very clean. Walkable. Great neighborhood. Good for families. Cons: neighborhood and building were a bit loud.

We had a suite in the first floor that was neat and clean with a kitchen supplied with everything we needed, even olive oil and vinegar. The office attendants Rebecca and Paloma were nice and friendly and gave us information and tips of Madrid. The place is conveniently located next to Ventas metro station and close to all the important attractions of Madrid. We strongly recommend Feelathome.
