We stayed in a studio for a week. The check-in was easy and the accommodation was as described. We appreciated having air-conditioning during the heatwave. The flat comes with a kitchenette which is well equipped (fridge, kettle, hot plate and microwave/grill). Good location close to local amenities (there are 2 supermarkets as well as a couple of pharmacies nearby) and transport, yet the street is quiet. The guys at the reception desk were really friendly and helpful. We recommend!

Good location - near Metro - quiet

Great location and loved how comfortable the beds were. Was able to sign into streaming services from home. Front staff was always friendly and happy to help. Had trouble figuring out how to open cupboard with plates and bowls. If you arrive and can’t find them it’s a cupboard above microwave and need to press on corner to pop open. No noise from street. Could at times hear footsteps from unit above or noise from next door but didn’t bother us in any significant way. Was really happy with our stay.

Well located with good amenities. Little extras such as filter coffee and enough filter bags for a long weekend we're really welcome

I’m not sure if the reviews below are real. The front desks were nice enough to let us check in early. However, within 10 minutes of staying in our room, I noticed I was getting itchy and rashes on my body. At first I denied myself to believe it, but then I started looking at the sheets and noticed bed bugs in the comfortable and inside the comfortable. We immediately went down to let staff know, but the said housecleaning wasn’t available that day or time and offered to change the sheets. Then I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt since front desk was so nice and I felt bad for asking for a refund. Literally when I came back in to lay, there was a huge bug moving in our sheets. Immediately went got up, and had to check booked another hotel. After I was itching constant and I think some of the bugs ate my skin, I could’t stop itching. They advised that since it was a holiday, they can issue the refund Monday. They still have not issued my refund. PLEASE BE AWARE. False advertised. I want to upload our video with the bug physically moving inside the comforter but it’s only allowing pictures

We really liked the set up of the room. There is a bedroom, a semi- seperate sitting are and a kitchenette. Our bed mattress was like the Hunza Valley but the staff arranged to have it replaced with a firmer mattress.

The room is spacious and clean. Got 2 tv inside the room and lift. Location is good, got 2 metro stations and supermarkets nearby. Their reception only available from 10:30am to 6pm.

Only two notes were we didn’t know we were given a handicap room, but was a great experience and everyone was very nice and helpful.

A very nice property, well located, clean and roomy

Clean and modern apartment in a great neighbourhood with lots of good bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very friendly and communication was excellent making check in/ check out very easy.

Yeh room was very spacious, clean, and located in a quiet part of town. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The room was clean and modern. Shame about lack of natural lighting in the ground floor. We did not realise ground floor meant basement. The shower was powerful but did not drain well so you ended up standing in a pool very quickly!

Comfortable for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay!

Negative: 1. The unit was tiny! It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. 2. The neighbours were extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to relax — even late at night. The weekend was terrible, full of shouting and loud music, although weekdays were a bit quieter. 3. The fridge doesn’t have a separate freezer compartment, so if you lower the temperature, everything ends up frozen. Positive: 1. The main transit stations (metro, bus, etc.) were within walking distance. Grocery stores like Mercadona and Dia were very close by, which was convenient. 2. The communication was also good. They send you an app (web app) to open the entrance and the room door. No need to pick up/drop off keys. My recommendation: The neighbourhood’s accessibility to transit is excellent. However, I strongly recommend finding a different suite for your stay — this one just isn’t worth it.

I highly recommend this place! Very cute and practical, great and seamless service and I wish I am able to stay a bit longer. Will definitely come back to Feelathome next time.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and the location was conveniently located near a grocery store as well as the Ventas metro station.
